About 2 miles from the Bourne Bridge, in the popular neighborhood of Gray Gables, is this perfect ranch home. Large back deck with gas grill, sun room, living room with pullout couch, family room with pullout couch, 2 full bathrooms, bedroom with full size bed, bedroom with twin beds. Very clean and comfortable. Kitchen has all appliances including dishwasher, washer and dryer. Walk to beach that has a summer lifeguard. Easy to get to, near the Cape Cod Canal. A perfect summer vacation location.

The Canal is popular for walking and biking beside it on trails where no vehicles are allowed, fishing and boating. There are beaches to swim. Not more than a mile away is a restaurant and watering hole called The Beach Club which is located on the water.
