Located on Maui's North Shore just steps from Kuau Cove and world Famous Mama's Fish House Restaurant this 3rd floor unit offers an ocean view off the lanai/living room and gorgeous view of Haleakala and surrounding sugarcane fields out the back door. Literally, a 1 minute walk to the sandy cove/beach. A small reef 20 yards off-shore protects the shoreline from heavy surge making a nice 'tide pool' type beach...great for a short, calm swim. One minute drive west to historic Paia Town with shops, restaurants, art galleries, etc. One minute drive east to Ho'okipa Beach Park with the most consistent windsurfing and surfing on Maui. Central location and generally year-round great weather make this a fantastic value. Note: Washer/Dryer are shared with other tenants in the building.

10 Min. East of Kahului Airport / 1 Min. West of Ho'okipa Beach Park. Paia town is 1 minute drive with restaurants, shops, art galleries, boutiques, etc. Kuau Cove beach is 1 minute walk from unit. Close to Paia Bay and Baldwin Beach. Good starting point for trips to Haleakala or Hana. Makawao Town is 10 minutes up the road. Great wind/kite surfing, surfing, fishing, diving, walking and relaxing. Walk to famous Mama's Fish House Restaurant.
