    * (Summer) May 1 - October 31: $7500/month + tax & $150 Cleaning Fee.
    $2500.00/week + tax & $150 Cleaning.

    * (Winter) November 1 - April 30: $8500/month + tax & $150 Cleaning Fee
    $3500.00/week + tax & $150 Cleaning Fee.

    * Holiday Weeks listed below are $3500/week:
    Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Easter.

    *Pool will be heated by request for additional $150 a month or $75 per week

    (Rental Rates are subject to change). Vacation Rental Agreement must be signed to reserve the home and will
    be faxed or emailed upon request.

    Payment Options:
    Personal Check US, Cashiers Check, Cash, wire

    Reservation Deposit:
    50% of the rental fees are required to reserve dates, and will be applied toward the balance of rental fees.

    Payment Policy:
    Balance of Rental Fees and Security Deposit Due 30 days prior to
    arrival. Security Deposit (minus damages, if any) will be returned
    within 30 days of departure.

    Refundable Security Deposit:
    $1,000.00
  • Cancellation Policy:
    No Refunds, less than 120 days prior to arrival, unless re booked.

It exceeded our expectations in roominess and deco: Dear Sonny, We have recently returned from our Christmas trip to south Florida. I wanted to write and tell you how much we enjoyed the property at 707 7th Street. It exceeded our expectations in roominess and decor. The photos online do not do justice to how large the property is or how well kept. From the minute you enter the foyer to the beauty of the pool area, the house was perfect! The kitchen was equipped with all the dishes, glassware, utensils and linens that were needed. We appreciated that there were some of the daily needed amenities such as baggies and Tide. You were very attentive in coming to fix the couple small requests we had while there. You helped make our stay very enjoyable and we would love to come back next year! Thanks again! Nancy V.

The photos online don't do this house justice. It is so cute and made our vacation absolutely perfect! The house was Pottery Barn/Restoration Hardware picture-perfect. Brand new everything, immaculate, up-to-date well-stocked kitchen, gorgeous bedrooms, beautiful bedding, comfortable furnishings (it just needs an additional loveseat in the living room to complete the lounge-style seating for 6), gorgeous pool, and the setting right on the intracoastal was fabulous. I didn't want to leave, ever! So close to shopping and fabulous restaurants on Atlantic Ave. What more could you ask? The realtor for the property was so helpful and made our stay all the more pleasant. Excellent value for a spring break vacation and a really wonderful home, vacation or otherwise.
