Beachfront condominium with a spectacular view awaits you and your guests. Our condo is over 1200 square feet and includes both a private terrace and a balcony. There are 3 pools in this very private gated setting with 24 hour security. You are only steps away from the world class beach and this is the area of the whole beach with awesome sand and great waves for swimming and surfing. The beach is not crowded and the sand is clean and not rocky. Our unit is a very short walk to town and is on the quiet side of Jaco. Come relax and have a fabulous vacation in our spectacular condo.

Location, location, location. This condo served our needs perfectly. We just walked out onto the beach from this well maintained complex. The best area of the beach, I might add. The best sand and waves are on the south side, right outside. Heading out to restaurants was a short walk or a two dollar taxi ride. We also hit the market to stock up the brand new kitchen and stayed in and cooked a couple of times. On our next trip to Jaco, we will definitely stay here.
