Modern 'open concept” home features pool in front - canal and dock in back. 'Chef''s delight' granite kitchen with breakfast bar...or dine on a large block table for 6 overlooking the sparkling pool. Screened sunroom overlooks lush green gardens with table and sitting area in a surround of palms, flowers and a banana tree! The entertaining area centers around the fireplace. Bright comfortable living room on one side, kitchen on other. Dining room and sunroom complete the quadrant. The house accommodates 6 people comfortably Three large bedrooms: Master has king & 4 piece en suite.Two guest bedrooms each have a queen bed. . Additional 4 piece bath. Master and one guest room access to the pool (perfect for a midnight dip!!
