We call our Lanesville property Twice As Nice. It is nestled in a river valley with state hiking lands just minutes away. The property has two houses. There is the original Farmhouse and then the converted Barn that overlooks the river with wonderful decks. Options include renting either one of the houses or both. The Farmhouse has the living room complete with fireplace, dining, kitchen and half bath downstairs. Upstairs are two bedrooms one with a double and the other with two twins. Full bath with tub also. There is a sleeping area in the attic with a double futon as well. The converted Barn is more contemporary. Enter into the kitchen and dining area, with full bath off to the side. Move on to the livingroom with woodstove and wonderful windows looking over the creek. Upstairs are two bedrooms. The Barn works well in tandem with the Farmhouse for large groups. There is a wonderful open flat yard is great for playing games, building snowmen or enjoying the campfire pit.
