Photos and Description of the Mariahilf vacation rental 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room with single sofa bed, small kitchen.

The apartment is on the first floor of an 18th century house, renovated, with a courtyard, without a lift. The apartment is sunny, well furnished with original antiques (late 18th century to 1930), the kitchen is well equipped, the bathroom tiled and with all the accessories. Full bathtub with shower over the tub, washbasin, bidet and w.c. The main bedroom has a double bed, writing desk, beautiful 1930 wardrobe, TV. The second bedroom has two single beds. There is a couch (single bed) and dining table and chairs (late Biedermeier). Decor curtains in all the rooms. All public transport, the metrò, bus (5 mins ride to the storic centre) tram, is from 30 to 200 meters from the house. The west railway station, as well as the most important avenue for shopping in Vienna is just one block away. There are supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, chemists and shops in general in the same street just a few paces away from the house. Schoenbrunn castle is fifteen minutes on foot away.

Nice homely appartment close to Westbahnhopf. A good base for sightseeing. Good travel connections. Owner responded speedily to emails, concierge charming.

This is a lovely apartment which we always found comfortable to return to. It is spacious and well equipped, quiet and secure.

The concierge was helpful and attentive. Access to the inner city was easy by bus and local walking was pleasant - Schönbrunn really is just down the road with lovely (free) gardens.

It was a bargain and first-rate.
