Worked well for our 3 families
We were looking for a house that would accomodate 15 people (6 adults, 9 kids) and this house had plenty of space: Three decent-size rooms upstairs, another on the first floor, and two in the finished basement. It is a short walk to the beach (across the street, past a couple houses, then through a short path in the dune grasses). The house was clean and had a nice grassy yard where the kids could play. The kitchen was just big enough to accomodate the 15 of us (we used an extension table, which allowed all 15 of us to sit together). There is a small dead-end side road with no traffic where the little kids could ride their bikes (E Grand Ave is too busy for little kids to ride on). There is also an outside shower for cleaning off sand when you come back from the beach.
The location was pretty good, too -- we took the kids to the rides at Old Orchard Beach, went up to some tide pools at a nearby state park, and even took everyone canoeing.
The owner was very nice on the phone, and we had no problems at all!
