Only minutes to nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops, there is no need to stray far from this vacation experience. If you care to head out beyond the beach, you have Old Orchard with the famous pier and amusement park is only a mile away, Fun Town water park is just 5 mins, Old Port (Portland) is only 20 minutes. Check out the Portland Sea Dogs (Red Sox minor league team), Two Light State Park, Freeport Outlet Shopping, and deep sea fishing from local docks. You get the picture, plenty of fun to be had.

  • A $500.00 deposit is due with signed contract (print and sign this and mail with deposit) mail to owner at PO BOX 1517 Scarborough ME 04070) to hold the reservation. Another 1/2 down is due 30days after booking. Unless you book under 45 days you would need the $500 deposit and 1/2 down. Two weeks before sch date the bal. will be due with 7% Maine tax added.
    The deposit will convert to a Security Deposit and will be returned within 2 weeks after lease expiration less any amount deducted for damages and excess cleaning charges.
    Rent and 7% Maine sales tax due 45 days prior to arrival.
    Cancellation Policy: Deposit and Weekly Rental Fees Paid will be refunded to the extent we are able to find a replacement rental for the week(s) you have rented.

When we started looking for a property to house my husbands family, which included 17 of us, it was not an easy find. There were a lot of "wants" from everyone. We were so fortunate to find this home. IT was clean, convenient,air conditioned and plenty of room for all 9 children and 8 adults. The bonus room/media room was a blessing for the children and also for all of us to be together in one room. Having a convenient store in walking distance was a great asset. We were all very happy with the home and hopefully when we all get together in Maine again this property will be available.
