Located on the bay side of South Mission Beach in a quiet neighborhood. Home has a big kitchen, gas bar-b-que, and large rooftop deck. Park in tandem garage or in the Belmont parking lot just steps away. Everything you need to spend a great week in San Diego with great weather year round. Enjoy the sunrise on the bay and the amazing sunset from the beach. Sea World is so close you can see the tower from the roof top deck and watch fireworks on summer evenings. You also have great rooftop views of the Ocean, bay, and the roller coaster at Belmont Park. Walk or bike to everything you need for the week or take your car to downtown San Diego for great nightlife and wonderful restaurants only 10 minutes away. The world renowned San Diego Zoo is a quick drive. Legoland is about 30 minutes and Disneyland is about 1-1/2 hours away.

Clean and Beautiful: This is a new condo and everything is new and top of the line. Cute beach decor throughout. Lots of dishes, pots and pans, and kitchen essentials. Includes dishes for kids, a highchair, pack-n-play, children's picnic table and jogging stroller. Bring your family and enjoy the beach!

Enjoy the Beach: There are four beach cruisers (one with a child seat) and a jogging stroller to enjoy the boardwalk. Beach umbrella's, beach chairs, towels, blankets, ice chests and sand toys to enjoy the beach. All you need is a swimsuit and sunscreen.

This was a wonderfully clean, comfortable condo. Very cute beach decor with nice,soft, new bedding and towels. My kids loved the bunk beds, beach toys, and bikes. We biked and walked to the playground and the beach daily. We took one day trip to Legoland which was neat to see and not a bad drive, even with little kids! Sea World is so close we went twice. We loved eating outside and enjoying the views. My husband and I even relaxed on the roof one day while the kids napped downstairs. It was so peaceful. It is nice to have shopping, rides and restaurants with in walking distance, but far enough from the roller coaster to have a quiet evening at home. I would recommend this condo to anyone!

Great location

This condo is in an excelent location. In addition to having a great view, there is much to do within a few streets from the condo, so a vehicle is not a necessity. The bike trails around the bay and along the beach were great and we took advantage of the great beach bikes provided at the condo. Watching the dolphins jumping in the ocean as the sun was setting while we sat on the rooftop deck of Cane's while eating dinner was something that you only expect to see in a movie. The barbeque and outside deck were fantastic. This condo is great for whatever you might be looking for. The details of the condo make you feel right at home. We would recommend this place to just about anyone!

GREAT place!

My family had a wonderful week in San Diego staying in this condo! It was in very good shape, beautifully decorated with decor that made you feel like you were right on the beach. The condo was very clean, has a great kitchen, wonderful rooms, an amazing view from the roof, and is in a great location. Choose from a 1 minute walk to the bay and several playgrounds for kids, or a 5 minute walk to the ocean and Belmont Park at Mission Beach. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone. Eating at Canes is a must - you may even see the dolphins jumping in the ocean!

Fantastic rental

This rental is truly wonderful. The pictures are not capturing how well appointed and clean it is. The landscaping around the property is also very well maintained.
We loved racing up to the roof to watch the fireworks at SeaWorld and appreciated the fact that the timing of the fireworks was just one of the many details left for us.
We enjoyed both the ocean and the bay side beach. We rented kayaks one morning and went all about the various bays. The kayak rental place was inexpensive and helpful.
The first night we were there, we got in late after spending the day at Legoland and found information on the local pizza place. We were not disappointed. On the other nights, we grilled and ate outside. Heavenly.
Each of us commented more than once that we would happy little clams if we lived here.

A wonderful retreat for family and friends

This place is flawless and the location couldn't be better. The pictures don't do it justice!. The views of the bay and the beach from the roof top were beautiful. Enjoyed SeaWorld, San Diego Zoo, and Coronado day trips, and relaxed at the beach in the afternoon. Our kids enjoyed the rides at Belmont Park, and riding bikes along the beach. We plan on going back next summer, and recommend it to everyone.
