Fully equipped, comfortable stone cottage in the heart of the Cotswolds, with original beams and period features. Furnished sympathetically. The price includes electricity, heating and all linen. Fresh flowers, fruit basket and a bottle of wine will welcome you. Twinkle Toes offers peace and tranquillity in the beautiful village of Oddington. It is quintessentially 'The Cotswolds' and is bypassed by the main road. There are two wonderful pubs, The Fox and The Horse and Groom, which are both renowned for their food. The stylish Daylesford Farm Shop is within walking distance and Stow on the Wold is 3 miles away. There are gorgeous walks in and around the village.

The Cotswolds area is in the heart of England, approximately 80 miles west of London. The region is designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, known for its rolling hills and beautiful limestone buildings in picturesque villages. Lower Oddington is in a conservation area so retains its traditional character. It is 3 miles from Stow on the Wold, 5 miles from the ancient Rollright Stones, 6 miles from Bourton on the Water. The historic towns of Stratford upon Avon and Cheltenham are about 20 miles and the university city of Oxford is 28 miles. Kingham railway station is 5 miles, from where a train service goes to London (80 minutes) and, in the opposite direction, to the cathedral cities of Worcester and Herford.

Excellent Quality: Twinkle Toes has been rated four stars for an 'excellent overall level of quality' by the English Tourism Council. The cottage is small but very well equipped. The sitting room has a sofa and armchair, occasional tables, dining table and chairs. There is a TV, radio, CD player, DVD and video player. The kitchen is quarry tiled with limed oak units, electric oven, job and microwave.

Very Well Equipped: The beamed double bedroom has a built-in wardrobe and en-suite shower room. Quality bedlinen and towels are provided and there are books, games, videos and DVDs, as well as a wealth of tourist information. We even provide you with a weather forecast for your stay. There is off-street parking.

Charming and Cosy Cottage

Twinkle Toes was exactly as it was described on the website. It has a well equiped kitchen with a nice lounge and dining area. The bedroom upstairs has a very comfortable bed with the convenience of the bathroom/ensuite. Ideal location to see the Cotwolds area and located in a very quite village. We enjoyed the welcome package which was loaded with lots of delightful goodies.
We would not hesitate to recommend this cottage.
