This single level home has a large back yard, patio and a beautiful garden in the front. Enjoy this cozy home with panoramic ocean views and fully equipped kitchen with hardwood floors throughout. Gorgeous 20,000 sq. ft. lot with ocean on two sides facing both the ocean and Monterey Bay. This is the perfect getaway for friends and family. Sorry, but pets are not allowed. This is a non-smoking property. Parties and receptions are not allowed. Linens, towels, beach towels and boogie boards provided.
