My poor vacation stay

DO NOT STAY HERE
We rented for a week, which out of 7 days did not have water for 4 days. We had to bathe in the pool that only had 1 foot of water in it, because it had such a bad leak, the water would not stay in it. The house looks beautiful, but that is it. We tried 3 times to contact someone about the water, no replies ever. Nobody explained that you needed to turn on the water heater before you could use it, and of course there was nobody to ask for help, they wouldnt't answer or return phone calls or emails.
Owner's Response: We are so sorry about what happend, because we used to be very awear bout the needs of our renters We don´t know what happen about he comunication because we gave you the 3 phone nombers, our home in merida, muy office and my cell, and we never received a call. What we are going to do is to give personally a local phone so the renters could put in contact easylly. Other times, even when the renters need something like information or that the blender berak down, we had inmidiatly responde remplacing for a new one.This had never happend before, and of course it could never happend again.
