Features include vaulted ceilings, a wood stove for those cozy Central Oregon nights, new hot tub, full sized washer and dryer, cable TV, wireless Internet and a 2 car garage. This beautiful home has everything you need for a perfect vacation. 2000 square feet. You’ll find this almost ½ acre lot on the 6th hole of the Sunriver Woodlands Golf Course situated amongst the trees where you’ll be visited by deer, squirrel & birds while relaxing on the new wrap around deck w/ ample outdoor bench seating & a large new in-deck hot tub with mood lighting & therapeutic jets.     Mandatory Deposit is one night rental fee and is due within 10 days after your reservation is made. Deposit is refundable if cancellation is made at least 45 days prior to check-in date, minus a $50 processing fee.
    Final payment is due 45 days prior to check-in date.
    Reservations made within 45 days of check-in are to be paid in full at time of reservation.
    A $75 charge will be applied per hour for late check out as our cleaners need to have access to the home at 11 am. Credit card will be held for security deposit.

We celebrated Valentines Day with three couples at this home. It is absolutely beautiful! The hottub looks brand new and feels wonderful after a day of skiing. We also enjoyed cooking in the guest friendly kitchen and eating in the lovely dining room. The leather couches and fireplaces provide a cozy and relaxed atmosphere.
