If you are sold on the Westgate area, you can enjoy the largest and only 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom 3 story vacation condo within walking distance to the Westgate area for your next getaway. For a limited time, we will match MOST reasonable offers in the Westgate area (excluding major events). It's truly a GREAT location. The Westgate area is amazing. Our Condo is one of a FEW corner condos, & we have many upgrades. It is the best of the best when it comes to floor plans…with the WIDE OPEN high ceiling floor plan, dark wood floors, granite counters, stainless steel appliances, hi-tech TVs, 4 pillowtop mattresses & the oversized balcony is breathtaking. This is our second home, so we only rent out occasionally which also allows us to be flexible with times of arrival and departure, so you don't feel like you have to get out on time. Corporate luxury yet family friendly atmosphere. We do look forward to hearing from you. PLEASE NOTE *We are already booked for March 2010!

have stayed in quite a few rental places. This place is awesome. The owner was very responsive before,during and after our stay. Location, location, location. Please read other's review of the big stuff!!! Here is the stuff not to many people comment on but makes a big difference. Showers (3) of them have great pressure. All bathrooms are large.Closets are huge. Kitchen is fully equipped. Picture does not do kitchen justice. We purchased steaks and had all the spices and marinate ingredients we needed. Ice dispenser :). The oven works. BBQ's work great. Pool is like a resort pool. Exercise equipment all worked. Awesome selection of games for the kids. Beds were fantastic. Air conditioning kept the place very comfy.HD TV is high end Samsung and with the HD feed was unbelievable.The garage is large. We will be back.

Great location

So if you're looking for a place that is close to the stadium or jobing arena...this is it. You will love not having to deal with parking. you are right there and it is a short ten minute walk at the most. The place is very well equipped. My only regret is not staying longer. The pool is nice and upscale...the tv situation is excellent...the kitchen was great (even though we hardly used it)...And Rebecca is a great hostess. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

We stayed over the holiday weekend.What a great condo, was everything we could ask for.Very clean and felt just like being at home! Walking distance to everything(restaurant,bar,night life). Short drive to mall and shopping center.The owner(Beckey) was great to work with.Called a couple of times to make sure everything was going good. Pool and work out center was very clean and up to date.We are looking to go back for labor day weekend and this is the best place to stay. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Great condo! Great location!

We had a fabulous time and were really impressed with the condo. Lots of space, nicely decorated, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It's in a great location, a very short walk to the Jobing.com arena was nice to attend the hockey games, and for walking around Westgate and its restaurants and shops. We also used the pool daily (nicely heated by the way) and had a couple of BBQs. Also enjoyed the fitness centre, which was clean and had nice equipment. In fact, we had such a good time that we would like to return and for a longer stay.

Luxury and location!

For anyone looking for a luxurious stay within steps from the Westgate City Center, I highly recommend this condominium. Not only does it have every amenity needed (plasma TV's, leather sofas, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, garden tub, hardwood floors, etc.) it's comfortable, sparkling clean, the views are breathtaking and it is litterally steps away from restaurants, shops, a movie theatre, bars and the Universtiy of Phoenix Stadium and Jobbing.com Arena. Perfect for a family (even equipped with video games), business travelors, individuals or small groups. I will definitely stay here again, as will the travelers I had with me.
