Casa Pom Pom: Great time had by all

We spent 5 days and 5 nights at Casa Pom Pom and enjoyed every minute of it. Our concierge was able to accomodate our late arrival and met us near the house in the late evening. We were so ecstatic to find that the house was exactly as it looked in the pictures and actually even more impressive in person.
The house and pool were immaculate when we arrived. The house is simply stunning, well updated and large enough to accomodate a large group (at least 8-10 comfortably). The outdoor patio and pool were the best features for our group. It was great to roll out of bed and take a dip, overlooking the ocean from high on the hill top. We regularly saw hummingbirds and monkeys from the patio. The three bedrooms we used had built-in A/C's and remote controls to adjust the temperature. The master bathroom has a great open stand up shower. We had a security system on the house and a security gate as well. Maid service came 3 out of the 5 days and one night even cooked for us (for a small additional charge). The meal they made was probably the best we had during our trip.
We did have to change the propane tank from the BBQ grill to the kitchen ourselves so it would have been nice to have 2 tanks. Also, the fourth bedroom did not have A/C and got fairly hot, however it did not affect our group since we didn't need to use that room.
Our concierges were available and assisted us with finding and setting up the expeditions we were interested in like canopy tours, volcano trips, and beaches. Overall an amazing experience and we would love to go back again!
