This 2BR/2BA luxury condo is located in Stoneridge, a prestigious gated condo community located on Long Island, one of the most desired Hot Springs areas. Stoneridge is one of the most appealing condo communities with all the amenities: swimming pool overlooking the lake, tennis court, club house with kitchen, built in pool-side club house barbecue pit/grills for entertaining, hot-tub, sauna & gazebo.

This condo is across the main channel from Fisherman’s Wharf, a popular Lake Hamilton on-the-lake restaurant! The incredible, relaxing lake views, water sport activities, fishing, boating, hiking, shopping, Magic Springs amusement park, Oaklawn race track and Hot Springs National Park historical sites—mountains, Bath House Row--make this condo and this location an all seasons vacationer’s dream. Hot Springs is one of the most beautiful Arkansas areas in the fall--Oaklawn Park horse racing January through April is just 10 minutes away. LOOK NO FURTHER, THIS HOT SPRINGS CONDO HAS IT ALL!

This beautifully decorated waterfront home has everything a vacationer could want: popular, convenient main channel location close to restaurants, boat rentals, and shopping; relaxing lake views from 2 balconies, master bedroom, living room, dining room and kitchen. New flooring in living areas and new carpet in bedrooms have recently been installed. The kitchen has new appliances and is well equipped for even the most discriminating gourmet cook! The master suite has a walk-in closet, shower and whirlpool for your relaxation. Both bedrooms have new Simmons Beautyrest mattresses. An HDTV is located over the fireplace in LR (HBO available on LR TV). Both bedrooms also have their own HDTV and all of the HDTV's have their own DVD players. Why The Owner chose Hot Springs

My husband and I stayed at Stoneridge fifteen years ago and have dreamed of owning one of theStoneride condos ever since that first visit. We were very fortunate and able to purchase this incredible condo from Mike and Suzanne in 2011. Our goal is to be as good a host to all our guest as Suzanne was. So for all you folks who stayed with Suzanne, please give us an opportunity to earn your business.

Hot Springs hosts the yearly Documentary Film Festival, Music Festival. It has an active artistic community as well as the horse races and Casino activities at Oaklawn Park - 3 miles from our lakefront condo! Magic Springs amusement and water park is approx. 3 miles from the condo.

Plumbing problems

The condo was very beautiful and we loved the windows all around the condo. There were 5 ladies and the only problem we had was with the plumbing. Every time the water was turned on in the bathrooms or thee commode was flushed there was about 30 seconds to 1 minute of noise that sounded like a jackhammer. This was very irritating and we were unable to flush the commodes during the night because the noise would awaken everyone. I called the owner on Saturday morning and she said they would check if when we left. I felt she should have been a little more concerned since she admitted she knew about it before we arrived.

Owner's Response: I'm sorry you didn't enjoy your visit, we certainly tried, moving your reservations twice to accommodate your changing needs. Next time I suggest you express your displeasure when you contact the owner instead of saying "it's not a problem" and then leaving a negative review. Can't please everyone.

The condo is just beautiful!! The process to reserve and pay was easy, the directions and codes worked, and truly, the condo could not have been nicer. The pictures just don't it justice. It has beautiful lake views from every room, it's furnished with style and comfort, the kitchen had everything we could possibly need, and it feels much more spacious the size given in the description. We will definitely return and recommend it to our friends. Debbie, we really appreciated the suggestions for restaurants. We ate at the Blue Monkey, McClard's bbq, and Fisherman's Wharf. All terrific! We will be back!

Great stay on the lake

We thought the condo was great, would definitely stay there again. The views outside faced a main lake passage vs. the bridge which is nice. Stoneridge is close enough to town and eating places for getting out, but far enough out for quiet downtime. The condo was very clean and well stocked. If you are looking for an evening in, there are 100+ DVDs to pick from.

Note that there are two flights of stairs to walk down to get to the unit. It was fine for us, but wanted to mention in case anyone has issues with walking up/down stairs.

Beautiful view

This lovely condo had an incredible view of the lake, was very clean, and had very comfy mattresses! It was easy to get to and very convenient! We enjoyed eating breakfast at The English Muffin which was just minutes from the condo. The owner was easy to work with and we would certainly stay here again. We did wish there was an ice maker in the refrigerator and the air wick room fresheners had to go out on the balcony! They were way too strong but that was easily remedied. Thanks!

Owner's Response: Thank you for your review, we always welcome your comments. The refrigerator does have an ice maker, my guess is that it was turned off by the last guest. I will look into that. I'm sorry you didn't enjoy the air freshners, maybe I should look for something more nuetral.
