Experience the magical ambience of the desert with the amenities of a resort in this 2 bedroom/2 bath condo near the heart of Palm Springs. Centrally located near all that the Palm Springs area has to offer - golf courses, shopping, parks, restaurants, nature and entertainment centers – and of course sunny warm weather.

Take an afternoon nap on the day bed in the home office.

Expecting family or guests?- the day bed transforms into a king size bed for comfortable sleeping.

The master bedroom has ample closet space as well as a private balcony. Master bedroom also includes its own private bath and TV.

Palm tree dappled natural lighting streams into the skylights in the 2 bathrooms.

Living Room features deep comfortable sofas for viewing the large LCD HDTV or listening to music. The space features 3 clerestory windows on a sloping 13-foot ceiling.

Master Bedroom also has spacious atmosphere with its 13-ft sloped ceiling.

Washer and Dryer in unit. Kitchen features gas range and oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal and microwave.

Pick a grapefruit for breakfast on the manicured landscaped property. The grounds also includes 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, and 2 tennis courts. Gated complex near Mesquite Golf Course.

About The Owner

Hello my name is Gary.

The Owner purchased this condo in 2007
Why The Owner chose Palm Springs

The central location and beautiful setting are big reasons I opted for this property. Early in the morning I can hear the ducks quacking afar from the nearby Mesquite Golf Course. Out the kitchen window I can smell the grapefruit blossoms in the spring and view the snow capped mountain beyond.

What makes this condo unique

The sloped ceilings with the raw wood beams add space and character to what would be an otherwise typical interior space. The light streams in from all the rooms. The skylights in the bath also add in making the entire space light-filled and airy. Sometimes when I am in the bathroom I try to turn off the light and then realize the light is from the skylight! The cross breeze keeps the warm fresh air moving through-out the unit.

Wonderful Palm Sprngs Experience

My stay at this Palm Villas property was great! The condo was larger than I had expected, very clean and well taken care of, and the kitchen was stocked with all the appliances and cooking utensils one might need for a monthly stay. Soon after my arrival, Gary called to make sure I had arrived and if there was anything I might need help with as far as things working or finding anything in the condo. It is a very well located property, right off a main street, making it easy to get to many closeby restaurants and stores. The unit is on the back side of the complex away from any street noise and steps from the pool and spa. I spent many mornings sitting on the balcony off the master bedroom enjoying the sunshine, quiet, and view of the mountains and nearby golfcourse. I definitely would recommend friends to stay here and hopefully will be able to go back again myself.

Our second stay

This was our second stay at Gary's condo, we enjoyed the close location to restaurants and markets. We had our morning and evening walks around the neighborhood and golf course, also watching the sunset over the mountains from the back balcony.

The condo was well stocked with cooking equipment, dishes, towels and linens, there were also many new updates added to the kitchen, enjoyed cooking on the new gas stove.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway

This was our first time in Palm Springs, and staying in Gary's condo made our stay very enjoyable. The condo had everything that was listed and the photos accurately reflected the condos appearances and amenties. The condo was very clean,spacious, comfortable and quiet. Location was close to all amenties,and pool and grounds were well maintained. Enjoyed the morning walks along the golf courses. Gary was very helpful in answering all our questions and informing us of the area. Would highly recommend this unit to anyone. Thanks Gary

Warm Winter Get-Away!

We recently had the privilege of spending a few weeks in this condo and from the moment we walked in, it was like our home away from home! Gary greeted us and was so friendly and hospitable... the unit was clean, well stocked and ready to move in, the pictures posted were very accurate of the unit.
We had no trouble getting around and being only a couple of minutes from the downtown core via car, the location was perfect for us to see this great area and feast at some of the great restaurants minutes away.
We were able to enjoy the pool/hot tub area and everything was very clean and well-maintained... the grounds were groomed and very much appreciated for us to see green grass in the middle of our winter at home!
We would recommend this condo for anyone wanting to get away and relax! Thanks Gary again for the great stay...when we are back again we would not hesitate to rent your unit or recommend to family/friends! Many memories were made..take care.

We highly recomend staying at Gary's condo. it has a great location, close to markets, downtown and lots of restaurants. We enjoyed walking around the golf course, to Albertson's Market, bakery and Swiss donut shop.
The condo was clean and funrnished with a contemporary decor, more than enough linens, towels, and kitchen equipment to accomodate four adults.
We enjoyed sitting on the back deck in the morning and the front deck in the afternoon, also took advantage of the pool during the day and hot tub in the evening.
We would recommend this property to friends and realtives, we look forward to staying there again sometime.
