MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS: The minimum stay requirement for Eva Fedora Inc., properties in Atlantic City is 2 nights. We allow for one night stays but they will be charged the same rate as 2 nights. For Christmas bookings, the minimum stay is 7 nights. There are instances when a shorter stay will be allowed. However, additional fees for housekeeping will be added. Please call our office for more information.

PAYMENTS: Reservations made more than 30 days in advance of arrival require 50% deposit plus our non-refundable $15 reservation fee paid via credit card or debit card, with the final balance due 30 days prior to arrival. For Christmas bookings, full payment must be received by November 1st and are completely non-refundable after that date. Reservations made 30 days or less before arrival will be paid in full via credit/debit card or money order and are completely non-refundable.

CANCELLATIONS: If you need to cancel a reservation, you must call or email and one of our reservationists will personally handle your request. Cancellation requests made 31 or more days before your arrival date will be charged the greater of: A 10% cancellation fee or $35 reservation fee. There are no refunds for cancellation requests received less than 31 days prior to the arrival date, however a change in rental dates may be requested.

The condo was very nice...way beyond what my party and I expected. The space was very clean and it was very easy to feel at home. Nathalie was very helpful and nice along with the other staff in the building. Checking in and out was a breeze. Everything you will need for your stay in this condo. I would DEFINETLY stay here again.

Great alternative to a hotel!!

Stayed for a girls' weekend in September. There is absolutely nothing bad to say about our stay! The condo is very clean and decorated nicely. In fact, I would say the pictures don't do it justice. The pool area was great...we spent several hours down there! The owner, Nathalie, was very helpful in making this a great stay. Will definitely stay again when in AC! We really enjoyed the food at Cuba Libre in the Tropicana Quarter!

Our family vacation of August 2009

This vacation was above our expectations! The condo was beautiful, the location on the boardwalk was perfect - right in the middle of restaurants, casinos, and shops which made up for the elevator wait. I have highly recommended this condo to my friends and relatives... the light show at the Pier Mall was spectacular. Make sure you visit the Irish Pub just off the boardwalk. We vacationed for 1 week and never ran out of fun things to do and exciting places to dine. Karen, Mike, Krystal

This was my first time using the Home Away service and I was pleasantly surprised by this beach condo rental. We where there from the 6 to the 10 of july and it was wonderfull. The location was perfect and it was affordable! The shops and dining were all close (if you want to cook, everything is there) by including the shops at The Piers and the AC Outlets.This property was immaculate!! The owner was soooo nice. I would totally recommend this property. Bring our beach umbrella, and enjoy the beach. The boardwalk is great. Thanks for a great week!

Amazing Summer Vacation in June

My family and I had the most wonderful stay in last week of June. The condo is beautifully decorated, very well equipped and super clean. The panoramic view from the apt is fantastic and both the owner Nathalie, and the building staff go out of their way to ensure that your trip is one to remember. I usually stay at the Tropicana but I never will again, hotels just cannot compare.
Just wanted to extend my thanks once more ..... you can expect us again next year Nathalie!
