Chatham Cape Cod-great home-walk to beach & town

Our family of 5 greatly enjoyed this 4 bedroom home we rented in Aug. 2009. The fishing pier, beach and town of Chatham were easy walks of 10 - 15 minutes. Both upstairs baths were recently and beautifully remodeled. The home also featured hardwood floors, newer kitchen appliances, washer and dryer, patio w/furniture, beach chairs, large flat panel TV w/Blueray disc player, cable TV and comfortable couches and chairs. We enjoyed morning yoga at the lighthouse beach (30 min. walk), tennis drills at Chatham Bars Inn (15 min. walk) and meals at Impudent Oyster (in town) and Pisces (south Chatham). Marion's Pie Shop was great. We went twice and enjoyed apple pie, cinnamon rolls and muffins. We had a car, however, this home is very walkable for much of Chatham and I noticed CCRTA buses (phone 800-352-7155) running thru town and providing service to Hyannnis, Orleans etc. with connections to more places. Overall, we had a great week and would highly recommend this home and it's location.
