IT'S TIME TO GET SPOILED

This unique Beachfront newly remodeled 2 story Villa at Ormond Beach occupies the 2nd and 3rd floors of a beautiful low rise building and has incredible ocean views. Designer touches throughout gives it a feeling of comfort, relaxation, and lots of fun.This is the owner's personal vacation home and is meticulously maintained and updated regularly. Affectionately named the 'Sandbox'. It is located on a semi private stretch of no-drive beach in an area of multi-million dollar beachfront homes. Features include an incredible 1,200 s.f. of living space. The living area has a fully equipped modern kitchen, dining area, living room with leather sofa, recliners, cable TV/DVD and a half bath. Escape upstairs to the Master Suite with a king size bed, cable TV, private bath and the 2nd bedroom 'TIKI ROOM' with 2 double beds, cable TV, and full bath. Reserved parking and elevator access. We provide the Beach Towels/Chairs & Games. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING!

Fabulous Beach

Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us for the month of January. We have felt very comfortable here. We especially liked the period decorating, which takes us back to the era of our youth. The beach is fabulous, the grounds amazing, and the people we have met here are marvelous (one made chilli and Santa Fe soup for us). Sadly, the time has passed all to quickly. We wish that we could have stayed longer. Maybe next year? Best regards J & L

Wonderful Week at Ormond Beach

Our family has had a wonderful week here on Ormond Beach. We spent several days just lounging on the beach. Our kids played in the ocean on their boogy boards and skim boards. We did get to see dolphins swim by and today we saw Juno Spacecraft launch from Cape Canaveral. On our first and last nights here we ordered pizza from Lenny's New York Style pizza. It is the greatest pizza and delivery is free. We spent two separate days in Orlando. The first day we visited Discovery Cove and the second Aquatica both evenings we went to City Walk at Universal Studios and ate at Margaritaville. We also visited Ponce Inlet and walked to the top of the lighthouse. The views from there were amazing. There are 203 steps to the top. We had a great time and have enjoyed staying in your vacation home. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare and serve meals. Thank you. MPTE

Upscale Casual Fun Decor. Loved it!!

Our week has gone by all too quickly but it has been WONDERFUL because of your fabulous condo "The Sandbox". It is so well equipped, even a Mickey Mouse waffle maker, and the upstairs/downstairs layout was perfect and offered a bit more privacy. We loved the pristine "no drive" beach where we could ride our bikes on the beach with no worries about cars. Our teenagers took surfing lessons nearby in Flagler and had so much fun they could not stop talking about it. One day we drove the Ormond Beach Scenic Loop Drive. What a great experience! It was a glimpse into Old Florida and should not be missed. Took lots of great pictures. Thanks for putting the Loop website on your vrbo listing. One week was not long enough. We can't wait to come back!

We Will Be Back Next Year

What a great home away from home experience without any of the worries. We have come to Ormond Beach on many occasions,but feel this visit to the "SANDBOX" will be the visit we remember most fondly. The unit, beach and pool are amazing. The whole complex was very welcoming and family friendly. We look forward to many future return visits.
