Artist's apartment in historic village, near Nice, Cannes and beach

A genuine and beautifully decorated artist’s apartment in the medieval village of Haut-de-Cagnes, only a 15-20 min walk to the beach. Close to Nice, Cannes and St Paul de Vence. The apartment features dark ceiling beams, old stone tiles, and a giant stone fireplace. The combined living/dining-room has a bar kitchen that looks out onto a narrow little street. The charming terrace, on the other side of the house, has a beautiful view over the village, the valley and the snow-covered Alpes Maritimes. In front of the fireplace in the living room, there is a comfortable leather sofa, and next to it, there is a generous dining table. Behind a screen (a triptych made by the artist) there is a double bed that also serves as a comfortable couch. In the next room,separated by a curtain is an alcove with a double bed, and a sofa bed that sleeps 2. The adjoining bathroom/WC features traditional Provencal tiles and a bathtub. The apartment is equipped with TV/DVD, ADSL, and telephone on agreement.
