Get away from it all at our luxury Masthope Mountain Chalet! Our 5 Bedroom, 3 full Bath chalet, tucked away on over 1 acre of woods, will have you relaxing your stress away. The lower level has two bedrooms, a washer/dryer, sofa with pullout bed, a 42' plasma TV with digital cable and an air hockey table. There is also a DVD player with a selection of family oriented movies for everyone to enjoy. The main level has a nice open floor plan with cathedral ceilings in the living room. The brick gas fireplace will keep you warm in the winter. The full kitchen features a breakfast bar and plenty of dishes, glasses and cutlery. The dining room is surrounded by windows allowing for an early morning view of deer passing through. There are 2 more bedrooms on the main level each with cable tv and gorgeous wooded views, The master bedroom in the loft has a huge queen sized sleigh bed, a 27' TV with cable and DVD player, and a spacious master bathroom with double sinks.

Our Mountain Chalet is located within the community of Masthope. Masthope is a fast growing four seasons single home private community situated in the most northern tier of the Pocono Mountains. With a full variety of amenities to enjoy such as skiing, boating and swimming at our 250 acre spring fed lake with beach. We have an Olympic size pool with water slide and an adjoining kiddie pool. There is horseback riding, basketball and tennis courts, softball field, fitness center, horseshoe pits, bocce ball court, playground, volleyball court, arcade. There is something to enjoy for everyone. Masthope Lodge, built in 2005, houses our Summit Grill Room where you can enjoy some of the finest dining in Pike County. Open to the public, patrons can enjoy food and spirits while taking in the spectacular breath-taking view over the Delaware River. They also have a Sports Bar and Poolside Tiki Bar with a DJ in the summer.

Golfing is a short drive away at Woodloch Pines Resort.

Costa's Family Fun park is about 30 minutes away

Great Winter Retreat

I recently stayed at the Masthope Chalet over Presidents Day weekend with a group of friends and was absolutely blown away. The house is well maintained and conducive to having large groups of 10-12 people. The multilevel house allowed people to play air hockey downstairs or to enjoy dinner, wine and conversation on the main floor. I would highly recommend this property for anyone who is looking to have a relaxing getaway with friends.

The owner was very responsive to all of our questions and very easy to work with.

It is a beautiful house and we had a very enjoyable time. It is spacious and it was very easy to book the house.
The house was neat and clean and all the amenities were just perfect. I really can't think of anything that can be made better.

GREAT VACATION HOUSE FOR ALL SEASONS..!!

My family has stayed at this house several times in the winter and summer. This house is a great place to relax or to go out and have some fun at the lodge. It is exactly as described on the website as well as very clean and equipped with everything you need for a vacation. There are plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for a large family and the kids always love the air hockey table. We sometime cooked dinner on the grill and ate out on the patio and watched the deer walk by. At night we sat around the fire pit and made smores.

We had a great time snow tubing and skiing at Ski Big Bear. There was no line to wait for tubes and the staff was very helpful attending to our small children. We had a delicious dinner in the Summit Restaurant and topped it off with a huge fudge brownie and a cup of hot chocolate for dessert. At night we cuddled up by the fireplace and played games. In the morning we woke up to deer strolling by the front of the house. We went out and fed them apples and carrots and took lots of pictures.

In the summer we spend most of our time swimming at pool and lounging by the Tiki Bar. The bartenders make the best drinks and are so nice and friendly. We even attended a Tiki Bar party and had a blast.
On the other side of Masthope is a lake that has swimming, fishing, boating, volleyball and a playground. They have floating docks for diving or just to lay out in the sun. We spent the day there and had lunch under the pavilion.

We took the kiddies horseback riding at the stables down the road from the Chalet. We got to pet some animals in their mini petting zoo. We also got a tour of the stables and were introduced to all of the horses. The staff showed us around the whole stable and let us watch some horses being trained.

My family always has a great time here and we look forward to visiting again.

Best Mountain House ever! You want to stay here!

This was the best house rental i have ever had! First, after finding it online, the reservation process was so easy with no bumps in the road. When we arrived, the property was even more beautiful than expected. It was super clean, packed with everything you need for both kids and adults (even games) and was so spacious! The pool and community center were wonderful and everyone was so nice. This was the kind of place you truly get to relax and dont want to leave. I have rented many houses like this, all over the country, and no experience was ever as great as this and none ever had me wanting to go back so quickly! When you are looking for a house to rent, don't even look anywhere else! Rent this one! You will be thanking me after!
