Beautiful resort style living located in North Scottsdale in a quiet ground floor location, surrounded by a lush landscape of palms, shrubs and flowers. Easy access to loop 101, shopping, dining, golf, and night life. A luxurious condo with private patio, fireplace, and access to 2 pools and 2 hot tubs. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for your home away from home, with fridge, oven/range, microwave, and dishwasher. The bedroom features a queen size bed and walk-in closet. The living room includes a leather sofa-bed which sleeps two. In-condo laundry features full size washer and dryer, with iron and ironing board. Wide screen high definition TVs in living room and bedroom. Cable TV and high speed Internet access (wired or cabled) is also included.

Fantastic trip

The trip my husband and I took was absolutely fantastic!!

The condo was in the ideal location for us - close to the highway, restaurants, shopping and just about everything you could need or want. When we first got there, I was concerned that the sound from the highway would be a bit noisy but nothing could be farther from the truth. It was extremely quiet.

Bob and Janice did a great job on the condo - it was gorgeous, clean and well appointed with all the amenities. The complex itself was well maintained, clean and being literally 100 steps from one of the pools was a bonus as well.

We did some driving tours around the area, and although we didn't partake in any golf as the temperatures were 113 degrees every day,we did go for walks about the neighbourhood every morning. the people were friendly as were their dogs, and there's plenty of them.

One attraction I have to mention as a must see is Taliesan West - a home built by Frank Lloyd Wright. It was a 5-8 minutes drive away and a fantastic tour. We both loved it and felt it was a highlight. A must see if you love architecture and Wright's style.

We loved our 6 day/5 night stay and are we were completely relaxed and enjoyed ourselves.

Thanks Bob and Janice - we loved our trip and can't wait to come back!

Fall Getaway

Bob & Janice did an excellent job in decorating and stocking this unit. The decor was tastefully done and very comfortable to live in. Although we did not use the pool the grounds were clear of any dubris and we felt extremely safe in the complex. It was clean, quite and in an excellent location to attractions,restaurants and shopping! We would definately stay there again and recommend it to our friends and family (which we have already done). We did recomment to Bob that they provide a map of the complex to locate the condo when first arriving.

Real Comfortable and nice

Bob and Janice made sure they covered everything right down to garbage bags and laundry soap. The condo was real centrally located and quiet. If there were many neighbors we didn't see them and the pool was real quiet. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.

Bob and Janice are wonderful hosts who seem to have thought of everything to make this well equiped condo a home from home. We were impressed with the 2 pools on site and the well maintained grounds. Another plus point are the friendly neighbours, who seemed happy to chat and recommend places to visit or to eat. The location is ideal, just a couple of minutes away from the loop, which takes you to most attractions in the area, and just 5 minutes from a good selection of supermarkets and other local amenities including the post office. It is also easy to get to downtown Scottsdale as well as the Phoenix area. Bob has asked for some feedback which would have made our stay better, I havent been able to suggest anything. We would definitely stay here again, and I shall be recommending this to friends.
