Escape from the city and have peace and quiet while being close to the many amenities Andes has to offer. This house is at the top of a small hill and offers incredible views and privacy, yet is only 2 miles away from the quaint village of Andes. The house has an 800 sq foot finished basement with 1200 sq feet of living space on the first floor. The house is next to a small mountain where you can enjoy great hiking or just sit on the huge deck and watch the sky and listen to the stream down below. It is close to skiing (19 miles from Belleayre Mountain), offers a village pool which is open to anyone, and you can enjoy antiquing or fine dining in the historic village of Andes. The enclosed pictures show the beautiful layout of the property where you can play volleyball in the summer or go sledding in the winter. If you would like to spend the fall weekends looking at the foliage, this is the place to enjoy crisp autumn walks and then relax by the fire with a cup of hot cider.

House is located in the heart of the Catskills 19 miles from Belleayre Mountain. They have concerts through out the summer and be prayer has a great beach with paddle boat on it. Other Activities: Fishing, Hiking, Antique shopping, Flea Markets, Bike Riding, Swimming, Tubing, horse back riding and ATF trials near by.

Golf: There are plenty of Golf places one of them is called Hannah

Ski: House is 19 miles from beautiful Belleayre Mountain. Family style skiing that still offers challenging terrain.
