This charming bright and cheery home on the water's edge features three luxurious bedrooms (two upstairs, one downstairs) and two full baths, one on each floor. The spacious master suite features panoramic views, a king size bed, sitting area, TV with DVD and private balcony perfect for relaxing and breathing in the fresh ocean air! All the bedrooms are equipped with flat screen TVs, DVD players, and a telephone. The two upstairs bedrooms also feature a sitting area great for morning tea or coffee or evening wine! The comfortable living room features a large flat screen HDTV with DVD player mounted above the wood burning fireplace. Enjoy breathtaking views of the bay from the large dining table which can accommodate 6-8 people. For the gourmet cook, there is a modern fully equipped kitchen with all the conveniences of home!

Property can't be beat !!

My family was attending a wedding in Salinas and I have never rented from the internet. Since there were going to be 7 of us needing housing, I decided to check out houses. The description of seeing and hearing the seals caught my attention along with an upstairs balcony. I have managed rentals in Florida for over 20 years, so I was prepared to get the best rental I could. Speaking to Toni was a total delight and truly professional. She always spent time answering all our questions and making sure we were comfortable. We had a parking situation involving the triathalon; but Toni handled it the best she could and went out of her way to make sure we would be taken care of.
The house is nicely decorated and fully supplied. The inventory is extensive and we had more supplies then we could use. This was
the best equipped rental we have ever experienced. I would suggest checking the supplies before going shopping!
The house is located across the street from the best view of the seals on the rocks. Every morning we woke to sights and sounds of these great creatures. People were walking, jogging and biking along the shore everyday. It's only a short walk to Lover's Point and local restaturant. The grocery is just a short drive, along with the cute downtown areas. There is a surfing beach down the road and you can see deer families checking out the local shrubs!
We have more family members to walk down the aisle and we will be back. Toni is just a phone call away and I will be in touch for future vacations. Folks you will not be disappointed if you rent this house. The best time will be experienced and your needs will be met. Thanks Toni for the well-maintained and accurate description of your home. It was a delight for all.

A Great FAmily Vacation

My family and I wnet on a vaction to this property. I found it on the internat and took a chance. This was the best decision. The place was amazing, the landlords were great, it was perfect. We were going to have a nice dinner out, but we decied to get the food and come back to the house because no place would have been better that the house. It worked perfect for our family vacation. I am a little hesitant to tell you all how good this house was, because if everyone saw this house I would never get to rent it again beacuse it would always be booked. We will be back. Thanks again to the landlords, we really appricitae you letting us use your place.

Best Vacation Ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Best Vacation Ever!!! When setting up this vacation I couldn't imagine me and my friend having as good of a time as we had starting with this perfect home. Starting from day one arriving at a door that was literally steps from the ocean full of waves gently crashing against the stone wall and seals frolicking on the rocks it was perfect. The house is everything described an then some. Just the upstairs bedroom with view alone is worth the money. Waking up to loud seals, chirping birds, and even a whale that really seemed to like jumping in and out of the water right next to our house. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials you need to to cook and the equipment to cook with. The bathrooms are fully stocked with all the amenities you would need as well. Every room in the house is spacious, fully stocked, and very very clean. At no point during the week did the EIGHT of us feel crowded. The weather, even in January, was perfect all week. Not a single drop of rain. The neighborhood is very nice and I'm sorry but the location and that view from the front of the house is unbeatable. Toni is the absolute best proving a lovely home with tons of useful information inside including best places to shop, dine, etc. Our entire week was filled with non stop fun. I have vacationed in Monterey many a time, but never had as good of a time as I had this week. I will definitely be staying at this house again. Ton you are the best. If your looking for a all around perfect place to stay look no further. BEST VACATION EVER!!!!!!!!

The property is so lovely and centrally located. WE LOVE IT!!! Toni is also so very helpful and accomdating. She has many helpful hints and various places and local merchants in the area!
