Serene Oasis...yet only steps from parkway!

In the real estate world it is all about location, and boy oh boy, does this condo have the ideal location. Nestled adjacent to the gentle bubbling sounds of the river, only a five minute walk to the parkway, out the dining room window is the lazy river filled with tubes (but never overcrowded with guests), sits this 4th floor gem. Our family could not have dreamed of a better, more pratical spot, and we have been coming to this area for decades.
The condo was well appointed with every comfort of home. That was actually the funny thing. Usually when you go on vacation, you enjoy it while you are there, but actually look forward to getting home back to your own bed and getting time to relax from the vacation itself. However, in this condo we felt like home the moment we walked in the door. It was very clean, and truly had every comfort that makes a home a home; from the paint colors to the comfy furniture, the well equipped kitchen to the impressive use of lighting. This condo lives up to the expectations of the most finicky traveler.
While at the condo be sure to spend time in the lazy river with your family, visit the indoor pool only a 100 yards away, play a few games in the game room, and take a relaxing stroll along the banks of the river. When you tear yourself away from the condo; be sure to go to Dollywood, DixieStampede, Black Bear Jamboree, and Ripley's Aquarium. I would also make a point to take trip out to Cade's Cove, stop off in the vistors center and grap a "Waterfalls" hiking map to spend a day exploring the National Park, and make a trip over to Cherokee, N.C. to see the Indian Village and the outdoor drama, "Unto These Hills". Some nice places to eat (without a dinner show) are The Park Grill, The Old Mill (better at breakfast), Linbergers Seafood Company, No Way Jose's, Cherokee Grill, and for something special or romantic try the Buckhorn Inn. The Davy Crockett mini golf is one of the nicer one's, and the Star Tracks go carts are close to the Old Mill and condo and are some of the best around (way better then the over advertised and hyped NASCAR).
Finally, when it comes to service, Joe is the best businessman I have ever encountered. He is just like an old friend from the first email to the last phone call. He was so genuine and sincere, and wanted only the best for our family. His housekeeper is so sweet, we had the pleasure of meeting her our first day. Joe simply completes the at home feel. We will be back, again and again!
