  • Entire house is equipped with built in speakers and you can enjoy music throughout entire house to create the perfect ambiance. The Master Suite is completely private. All the oversized bedrooms have lots of light and each has a private bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with large flat screen TV's. The fourth bedroom can be converted to a king size bed and the chimney room has a king size sofa bed. The second Master is on the other side of the house in a split layout if there is a second couple. The house is perfectly suited for two families with kids or four couples to five couples.

If entertaining or meetings are your need there is ample parking for 8 cars a two car garage on street parking and there is enough room for a 40' RV.

We have availability to provide special event catering for up to 200 people on site or off. We can provide food, entertainment and valet parking as the owners have been in the hospitality business for in the area for 20 years. There is a fenced yard for dogs.

Perfect family vacation house

This house was perfect for our family of nine (six adults and three children). The location was close to everything, but still felt secluded. The house itself was fabulous--a gorgeous gourmet kitchen, a big and comfortable family room, four bathrooms, and a heated pool made for a great week. Our family with a baby used the separate wing and we never heard him crying. We would certainly recommend this house to anyone looking for a great family house in the Hallandale/Aventura area.
We discovered a delicious restaurant behind Publix--a Bistro wine bar. Also, Mateo's has great food.

A Repeat Guest

For the second year in a row I've taken my fitness company down to FL and for the second year in a row we have rented from Valerie. She is awesome and well her vacation homes are amazing. We added a second house this year (Florida Dream) it was just that.....A DREAM! The house was immaculate!! We look forward to taking this trip again next year.

My family and I did a reunion in FL and stayed in this lovely house for a week. It was so comfortable and perfectly laid out and spacious. Valerie and Jorge were warm and accommodating and we had a fantastic time. Would love to return for another vacation in this beautiful home!

Fabulous Time

We had a fabulous week earlier this month at the Flda Dream House. It is modern, comfortable and with virtually every amenity one could hope for. Tempurpedic beds throughout, awesome European style baths and showers. Great pool and backyard. Hope to be back again soon... Thanks Val
