If entertaining or meetings are your need there is ample parking for 8 cars a two car garage on street parking and there is enough room for a 40' RV. We have availability to provide special event catering for up to 200 people on site or off. We can provide food, entertainment and valet parking as the owners have been in the hospitality business for in the area for 20 years. There is a fenced yard for dogs.

The description of the property was very accurate. We found it to be what we were expecting and more.
It is well maintained and very clean - everything in working condition.Stagg available for trash removal, pool maintenace,etc.
Owner was readily available by phone and helpful with questions and any minor problems.
Catering staff for dinner party excellent.
Would recommend to friends and family and likely to use again,
Good restaurants nearby - also, check-out Ft. Lauderdale riverfront activities.

An exceptionally nice house with a quiet and very clean surrounding community.All in all the house had everything you could possibly need for creature and normal comfort/accomodations -right down to an accesible dock literally 25 ft from the back of the house,to wireless internet. All the rooms are quite comfortable and spacious.The bathrooms are both modern and quite relaxing with spa-like showers in each.The property is very well maintained and any needs or wants are addressed by management in an expeditious manor.We had a great stay and it was worth every penny.

This house is awesome! We recently rented this house for 10 family members including the groom for a wedding in Hollywood, FL. The house slept all 10 comfortably and also had ample common areas so that no one was on top of each other. The house amenities were awesome: pool, HD TV's in all rooms, Sub-Zero fridge, dock, BBQ grill, pool table, and more. I would definitely rent this house again!
