'This house was prefect! It was beautiful, comfortable and had all the amenities and then some. The house was clean, well-maintained, and stocked with many necessities. It is a quick walk to my favorite beach and a very short drive to down town. Beside the location of the house, one of my other favorite things was the hot tub in the backyard; sitting out there at night relaxing and looking at the gorgeous stars. Yet I think the guys in our group would say the best thing about it was the huge flat screen TV, wireless Internet connection, and the ping pong table! Regardless of what each one of us liked best there was something for everyone! My friends could not stop talking about what a good find the house was. I must have looked at about 100 houses on the web and I am so glad I decided on The Palms. I would recommend this property to everyone! The Palms is now one of my new favorite places if you are lucky enough to stay there I am sure you will enjoy it as much as we did!'

Notes: New paint and carpet throughout with a wonderfully large open kitchen / great room with granite counter-tops - Great for family reunions and gatherings. The entire home has new furnishings complete with wireless high speed DSL, 2 large flat screen TVs and 2 DVD players. In the backyard there is a Firepit for your relaxation. We have a ping pong table, croquet and darts for fun. There is also an outside shower with hot water to rinse off the beach before you enter our home Once you get here you don't need to drive- Save $$$ on gas. This home is 3 minute walk to a very handy Trolley stop for a ride into town (The kids love this!)It has several stops along the way but ultimately will take you to the Embarcadero for restaurants, shopping, boat rides, whale watching, kayaking, sport fishing, etc.... Home details: This gorgeous home is totally remodeled and furnished down to the new linens. Double paned windows, Mexican tile, spacious open floor plan. Perfect for family gatherings! Our home sleeps 6-8 people comfortably, (1) California King in the Hibiscus Room (Master Bedroom), (2) Queen beds in 2nd (The Rose Room) & 3rd Bedrooms (The Palm Room) and a Queen Sofa- Sleeper in the Family room. The beds are new, high end and very cozy. Totally remodeled Hall and Master Bathrooms complete with new tiled showers, toilets, vanity and sinks. In the backyard there is a fire pit for your relaxation with a few extra surprises that you will enjoy. This home is very clean and comfortable. HERE IS ANOTHER COMMENT FROM ONE OF OUR GUESTS; 10-20-08 This was the nicest and cleanest rental house I've ever stayed in. It was like a luxury hotel! :) You've done a beautiful job decorating. Our wonderful holiday in Morro Bay

This is a perfect house in a perfect location! We had a wonderful week staying at The Palms, the sandy beach is just 5 minutes walk from the house and the quaint town of Morro Bay is just a short ride along Highway 1. Plenty to do and some lovely restauants. The house caters for everyone from games for the children to a Marguerita maker for the adults and a hot tub for everyone. We are now back in London but we will always remember our time in Morro Bay.

Stayed here for 1 month it was EXCELLENT

My wife and I and our 3 kids spent a whole month here and we loved it! The place is well furnished, clean, and generally very pleasant. We were close to the beach, and the area is nicely located so you can easily go to Pismo Beach, San Luis Obispo, Moonstone State beach, and its not too far from Santa Barbara.

We felt very comfortable in the house, it had everything we needed ... large flatscreen TV with Cable, internet access, hot tub ... it was extremely clean and well cared for ...


We loved it so much we're already thinking about our next vacation!

Great House for a get away

Title- Girls Get Away We had a wonderful weekend in this beautiful home ! 3 of my girlfriends and I stayed at the Palms in Morro Bay and LOVED IT! The house was clean and very complete. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was open and well equipped. We started the day with beach walks every morning and ended the day watching the amazing sunsets... We ate in often and when we went out we had dinner in Cambria ( Robin's) and would highly suggest it!! We shopped, we hiked, we watched chick flicks and enjoyed each others company. We also had the most incredible massage just a few miles away. We laughed a lot and felt like teenagers again......This was excellent therapy and a perfect break from reality. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Judy K.

Beautiful Vacation Rental

We enjoyed this beautiful and spacious home for a week in October. It was immaculate and upscale for a rental, from the well-appointed kitchen to the abundant supply of luxurious towels! It is a comfortable home with a great open floor plan, and only a short walk to the ocean. The outdoor firepit and spa were a treat. Speaking of treats....thank you for the "welcome" platter of smore's fixings. Your attention to detail made for a pleasant stay. Thank you for the opportunity to stay in your lovely home.
