'The Palms in Morro Bay was prefect! It was beautiful, comfortable and had all the amenities. The house was clean, well-maintained, and stocked with many necessities.
It is a quick walk to my favorite beach and a short drive to down town. Beside the location of the house, one of my other favorite things was the hot tub in the backyard; sitting there at night relaxing and looking at the gorgeous stars. Yet I think the guys in our group would say the best thing about it was the huge flat screen TV, wireless Internet connection, and the ping pong table! Regardless of what each one of us liked best there was something for everyone!
My friends could not stop talking about what a good find the house was.
I must have looked at about 100 houses on the web and I am so glad I decided on The Palms. I would recommend this property to everyone! The Palms is now one of my new favorite places'

We are located on the BEACH-SIDE of Highway 1 and we are NOT located on the hill or in town.. With just a 4 minute walk until you hit sand, there are no major streets to cross and our home is very kid friendly. We are 7 minutes walk to 'dog beach' where your dogs can be 'off leash'. Here is our most recent review ~ 'We recently spent two months in Morro Bay and at The Palms, as the house is affectionately called. In order to be comfortable for two months in a place, it needs to have all the comforts of home. The Palms not only has all the comforts, it goes above and beyond the expectations of a high quality rental unit. You will not want for any entertainment items, you will not want for outdoor comfort, you will not want for location and you will not want for a stable neighborhood. There is a lot of love and tender loving care that goes into a high quality rental unit and you can tell that the Palms receives a lot of both!
and a little more...: Beautifully remodeled Hall and Master Bathrooms complete with custom tiled showers, toilets, vanity and sinks. A wonderfully large open kitchen / great room with granite counter-tops and lots of fun kitchen accessories that you will enjoy- We have high speed wireless DSL, 2 large flat screen TVs and 2 DVD players
In the backyard there is a patio table with seating for six, a private hot tub and fire pit for your relaxation. The front yard is landscaped with palm tress and accent evening lighting .
Also we are a 4 minute walk to a very handy trolley stop. The open air Morro Bay Trolley picks you up and takes you into town.(The kids love this!)It has several stops along the way but ultimately will take you to the Embarcadero for restaurants, shopping, boat rides, whale watching, kayaking, sport fishing, etc....
Basically you can just bring your groceries and you are all set!

Think fun for the whole family; Kayaking in Avila Beach with the sea otters and seals. Visit Hearst Castle which is just 30 minutes north, search the tide pools for seashells, horseback ride on the beach or go bird watching at our beautiful wild life estuary.
If you are a wine lover you can take a wine tasting tour at one of our many world renowned wineries in Paso Robles and for the golfers, don't forget we have many championship golf courses where you can hone your golfing skills for your next tournament.
