Austin's newest luxury hotel / Bed and Breakfast. Designed and built for the independent urban traveler seeking privacy, state-of-the art accommodations and stunning architecture. Seven rooms are in the middle of Austin's hip and vibrant Soco district, where you will find great restaurants, stylish and vintage boutiques, live music and more.

Visualize yourself relaxing in our beautifully landscaped courtyard, sipping your favorite drink and listening to both the soft music from the nearby restaurant and the tranquil sounds from our custom water feature-All under a canopy of Live Oaks.

Help yourself to breakfast from 8 to 11 which is located in the light-filled common area. You may enjoy your meal inside on one of the comfortable Dutch egg chairs, or outside on the multi-level deck. Imagine sipping a Cappuccino from our Italian self-serve coffee system while eating a homemade banana bread, yogurt and fresh fruit. Just what you'll need to get your day going.
