Privately owned villa 'Los Alisios' is situated in a peaceful residential area. The property is centrally located and is a two minute walk from the beach, supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants. Accommodation - Lounge with 2 '3 seater sofas', 2 easy chairs, TV, Digital Satellite and Hi-Fi system. The kitchen is equipped to a high standard for your comfort, Fridge Freezer, Electric Oven, 4 Ring Gas Hob, Microwave, Washing Machine, Toaster and Kettle. The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed, bedside cabinets, dressing table and wardrobes. The second bedroom is equipped with two single beds, bedside cabinets and wardrobes. There is also an additional room leading from the kitchen area that is equipped a washing machine. The private Solar Power heated Swimming Pool is situated at the front of the property and the patio area surrounding the pool offers patio table and chairs as well as sun loungers.

Puerto del Carmen has been developed into a beautiful and vibrant resort and affords six kilometres of promenade lined with palm trees and sandy beaches. The 'Old Town' of Puerto del Carmen is only a short distance away and offers an abundance of local fish restaurants as well as beautiful views to Fuerteventura. Getting out and about is really quite simple, taxis and car hire are always readily available and inexpensive compared to the UK, as is the local bus service between the main towns.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Minimum rental is one week and prices are based on a weekly basis for 4 people sharing. An additional fee of 50.00 (pounds sterling) per person is payable for bookings over 4 persons. Please be advised that the property is available to clients from 2pm on day of arrival and must be vacated no later than 10am on day of departure, this is to allow appropriate cleaning and correct preparation for the next incoming clients. Provisional bookings can be made by phone, fax or e-mail. However, please be advised that written confirmation of bookings will only be issued upon receipt and clearance of deposit payment. This deposit is non returnable in the event of cancellation by the client.
  • One third of the total cost of the rental is payable as deposit and the remaining balance of 2 thirds is payable no later than 8 weeks prior to departure. Please be advised that the cost of the reservation is payable in FULL on bookings made less than 8 weeks prior to departure. Should for any reason the balance not be received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.
  • CANCELLATION by the client. Cancellation charges will be levied as follows: 8 weeks prior to departure - Loss of deposit. 6-8 weeks prior to departure - 50% of holiday cost. 4-6 weeks prior to departure - 80% of holiday cost. Less than 4 weeks prior to departure - 100% of holiday cost. CANCELLATION by the agent. Our liability is limited to the availability of the accommodation for the actual dates booked and confirmed. In the unlikely event of the property not being available due to unforeseen circumstances (fire, floods etc), every effort will be made to find suitable alternative accommodation, if this is not possible, then the full amount that has been paid will be refunded. Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for aspects of your holiday that are out of our control - threats of war, terrorist activities, government action, technical problems/delays with aircraft etc.

Notes: For safety reasons and added security, the bungalow offers an 'in floor set' safe which is free of charge. There is also an iron, ironing board and hairdryer available. For added comfort, a ceiling fan has been installed in the main living/dining area. Additional desk top fans are also available for your use in the bedrooms. For your safety and peace of mind, all 'opening' windows have been fitted with security grills, the two bedroom windows have also been fitted with mosquito nets for extra comfort. Pushchairs and highchairs etc are available to rent from a local company. For your convenience this can be arranged before your arrival - please advise at time of booking.

The swimming pool: The swimming pool measures approx 2 x 5 mts and has a depth of approx 1.4 mts and is solar heated for your comfort. Please be advised that children should be attended at all times whilst using the swimming pool. In order to help maintain the temperature of the swimming pool, there is a pool cover provided (generally the pool is kept covered at night).

Mobility: Although the interior of the property has not been specially adapted to accommodate persons who rely solely on the use of a 'wheelchair', persons with a degree of mobility will be able to facilitate all areas of the accommodation. The outside patios and surrounding area of the property are flat and 'wheelchair' friendly.

Lanzarote: Lanzarote lies approximately 60 miles off the North Coast of Africa making it an all year round destination. From the breathtaking views of the most northern tip of the island, to the golden sandy beaches of the south whatever you decide to do, there is something for everyone. Although car hire is not essential, it is recommended to see the many different attractions of Lanzarote. Should you wish to hire a car during your visit to Lanzarote, please remember to bring your driving licence with you. Car hire is available from the owners of the villa, further details given on request.

Spent new year at this property with my wife and 12 year old daughter who has mobility problems.

We had a fantastic time, the Villa offered privacy and was very relaxing, whist being close to local shops restauants etc.

I would reccomend this property and should we visit the area again we would definitely stay here again

Very clean and private villa.

The property manager greeted us on our first morning, checked we were ok and then left us to enjoy our holiday. The pool was also cleaned whilst we were there. Neighbours very quiet, altogether a peaceful location.

The only reason I have not given this an excellent rating is that it was a little walk to activites and amenties which may not suit the less active.

I would certainly recommend to a friend. The villa was also good rental value

Villa was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable holiday. Very quiet and peaceful and well situated for all our needs. The only drawback was that the pool was not warm enough and our party only used it twice for a few minutes.One of the reasons we chose a villa was that we could enjoy having a pool to ourselves. If it had been warmer by a few degrees it would have made our holiday perfect.
