Miami Beach Vacation Rental house

There were 5 of us total, and we could not have been happier with our stay. Not only did she have everything we could possibly need from kitchen appliances, towels, beach mats, a grill, an outdoor shower to wash the sand off, 2 bathrooms, there wasn't a thing that wasn't thought of!

The house was very pretty and the kitchen was definitely the center of conversation and fun. It was clean and comfortable! There was a hairdryer, and iron just in case you were thinking of what to bring. Also very close to a Publix to stock the refrigerator, that helps a lot with not spending too much money while you are there. Also, we had free wireless while there from the house that worked great.

The most awesome part was the very quick jaunt to the beach, it is literally right across the street. We spent our mornings, afternoons, and some nights there. The water was beautiful, and the beach there is perfect! Actually while there my brother proposed to his girlfriend at sunrise (she said YES!) :) So, the whole experience was very memorable and we had a blast. We took some really nice pics in front of the coy pond in front of the house that will probably end up on the engagement announcement! :)

Not only that we weren't far at all from Southbeach and spent a few nights enjoying the Miami nightlife. Also, very close to Miami International Airport, and not a bad drive at all to Ft. Lauderdale Airport, for some reason my family wanted to fly in on different airlines lol :)

I would highly recommend this property, I am so glad to have found it. :) And working with the owner was a seamless, easy process, she made it soooo easy and that is very much appreciated when organizing a vacation for a group like I did. :)

What a nice house. I really good location, near to South Beach and Bal Harbour and just seconds from a really nice beach. We did have a car but it was great to be right near a bus route too so the teenagers could be independent - and so could we! Oh yes and the buses run all night for those who need to get back from the bright lights at 4am!

The house has some beautiful art deco features in and plenty of things like kitchen equipment, towels, coolers etc. All things which are useful but which you don't necesarily want to take with you. The owner was also really friendly helpful. She answered any questions promptly and I am sure that if there had been any problems she would have sorted them out.

If you are looking for somewhere that is not a SOBE condo or a regular villa with pool that looks like a thousand others, then this could be it. It is a nice clean house that has been well decorated and feels like a home not a hotel room.

I would certainly recommend it to anyone going to Miami.
