The sounds, sun and views when living in this home are amazing. Casa del Caribe I sleeps up to 6 persons and it features 3 air conditioned bedrooms with complete bathrooms each one. The villa features dining rooms both outdoors and indoors. It has a cozy living area, a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room.

Two bedrooms offer king size beds and the third one is equipped with two twin beds. From the master bedroom an outstanding ocean view can be enjoyed. Ceiling fans refresh this house that offers telephone, satellite television, wifi internet and CD / DVD player for your entertainment. Through a glass sliding door you can access the covered patio and the swimming pool. Another living area is found under the patio and it is ideal for family or friends gatherings. It is equipped with a BBQ grill. Here you can use a table and beach chairs for your comfort. A wooden door communicates the villa with your private beach.

This luxury custom home is located on the beach in Playacar (phase I) a subdivision of Playa del Carmen. The small town of Playa del Carmen (Playa) is the center of the Mayan Riviera. Once a small, sleepy fishing village it has developed into a lively and charming town offering a relaxing, lay-back vacation experience. The main street of Playa is called Avenida Quinta or 5th Avenue. Here there are world class restaurants, cafes, coffee bars, night clubs, boutiques, art galleries, and other interesting shops. Shops and sidewalk vendors sell a wide range of handicrafts from all over Mexico and Guatemala. There is something to do for every person and every age in Playa. The natural beauty of the Caribbean water and long stretches of white sand is conducive for all types of water sports and sun bathing. There is great snorkeling, parasailing, boating, golf and several eco adventure parks. The Mayan history is fascinating and the ruins of their civilization are in and around Playa

We stayed at Casa Stavola II August 2010. It was wonderful. Gorgeous views from throughout the house. Pool area was great, right on the beach yet it had some privacy. The staff at Playacar Vacation Rentals were excellent. Anything we needed they got it for us. Lupita the maid was wonderful and not intrusive, extremely helpful. If we needed ice they got us some. If we needed groceries they went and got them for us. Great service, beautiful house, great vacation! I wanna go back.
