Fall special (Sept 1 - Nov 15): rent for 6 nights get 1 night free.

Great Orlando area location. About 20 minutes from the Orlando airport, just 6 miles to the entrance to the Disney complex. Within 2 miles are numerous restaurants and shops. This condo has 3 BR, 2 BA, is 1,200 sq ft, is fully equipped and furnished including 3 TVs, and fully equipped kitchen. Pack light when you come to this condo as there is a full size clothes washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a king size bed, bedroom #2 contains a queen size bed, and bedroom #3 contains 2 single beds. In addition, the sofa can be converted to a double bed. Additionally, this unit contains free high speed internet, which is not a provided feature at other rentals.

This well maintained complex includes heated swimming pool, hot tub, exercise room, tennis court, play ground, bar-b-que pit, picnic area, and clubhouse. 1 hour drive to the world famous Cocoa Beach and Kennedy Space complex.

I have a family of 4. My teenage kids love to come to Florida for the water activities, theme parks, golf and beaches. Every trip to Florida offer a different experience. We also like the ammenities at the condo.

Came to Florida for vacation and rented from VRBO. Liked the area so much that I purchased a condo and later a townhouse. I often stay at these properties and make sure that they are in top notch condition

This place was great, location Shops,Malls, Disney,Universal within 20 mins .It exceeded our expectations the condo was modern fully equipped,spotless ,Freshly decorated ,very comfortable spacious accomodation .Clubhouse ,swimming pool for a relaxing lazy days after visiting the parks,Kissimmee Main St Old Town Restaurants 5 mins away plenty off choice for eating out .We will definitely be back to stay here again more than all the comforts off home .

WOW !! This place is great. Wonderful villa. It was clean and well stocked. It really made the trip relaxed. We had all the comforts of home, no hall way noise, and felt completely safe. Wished we had more time. If you ever go with children the location is perfect,the playground is just across the street. Information says it is 6 miles from Maingate but it does not seem that far. The location was really close to EVERYTHING.
I would recommend this to EVERYONE. Owner (Tom) is very easy to work with. Thanks Tom for an enjoyable stay

Great location! Close to everything; Airport, Disney, Universal, dining, shopping. The condo was very well maintained. Right across from the pool, playground, tennis court and grill. Some friends of mine were staying on the same property in a different condo and wished they had gone through Tom. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. Thank you Tom for a great place to stay. Very Very happy.
