Internet Access, washing machine, TV sky with English channels, and stereo. The kitchen is fully equipped and has dishwasher. Restaurants and coffee bars are many within footsteps reach. There is even a space for you to park a car if you should so desire to rent one, but considering its location a rental car is not needed.
