Located close to a number of restaurant, retail on Texas Avenue and Sorority Row. Three level townhome, totaling 1553 square feet. Direct access to enclosed two-car garage on first floor with one additional reserved parking space, non-covered. Also on first floor, twin sofa sleeper located in study. Second level includes full kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Living area includes queen sofa sleeper, 37-inch flat screen television with cable, and separate dinette area. One bedroom with a double bed, walk-in closet and separate bath. Covered balcony located directly off the second level. Sit on the balcony and view the lights at Kyle Field. Third floor includes two separate bedrooms with attached baths. One bedroom with king size bed, other bedroom includes a queen size bed. Minimum Age of 25 for Renters.
