It is an end unit with its own porch facing the mountains. The unit features a bedroom with a queen bed, twin bunk beds that are built into the living room, as well as a twin window bed. The condo sleeps 5. Conveniently located in the Aspen area, you are 5 miles from Teton Village, 7 miles to Wilson, and 10 miles to the town of Jackson. One of the best one bedroom condo rentals in Wilson!!

Additional information about rental rates

  • Administrative Fee is $100 (includes all cleaning, utilities, maintenance, etc.)
  • BOOKING PROCEDURE: Once renter and agent agree on terms the first step is to provide deposit (see below for cancellation details). After the deposit is collected Agent will send renter a lease containing; reciept of deposit, check in and out procedures, rules and regs, all rents and fees. Renter will then return lease with valid identification and provide credit card for security deposit. At this time we will have an agreement and renter will receive full welcome packet with local activities, local dining guide, contacts, emergency procedures.
  • Refund PolicyAll reservations are subject to a 6% state sales tax. These additional fees will be charged based on the full rental amount. The fees will be applied to final amount due prior to arrival.

    A 50% deposit is required for all reservations. Cancellations 45 days or more prior to arrival, the reservation is subject to a cancellation fee of one night's lodging. Reservations canceled 44 days or less prior to arrival are not refundable. There are NO exceptions.

    A valid credit card and copy of drivers license is needed prior to arrival. This will be taken as a security deposit. The credit card will be charged 30 days in advance automatically if a check is not received by then.

    There will be a 3% transaction fee for Visa and Mastercard charges and a 4% fee for American Express or Discover. This will be added during checkout.

    Wyoming State sales tax is 6%. Resort Lodging tax is 8%.

We found this unit very comfortable. Very nicely furnished and a nice quiet place to relax and enjoy our vacation. If in the area again we would return and spend time here.
