Several swimming creeks, jeep tours, helicopter and hot air balloon rides, ATV rentals, and horseback riding minutes away.

Quiet property with excellent views

Stayed at this property 5/1/09 – 5/3/09. The owner was very easy to deal with and answered any and all questions in a timely manner (Usually responded within a matter of hours). Everything was as promised and the condo was immaculate. The owner even provided us with a cell number to reach her at should we encounter any problems during our stay. Though we did not have any issues, it was nice to know that she was available if we needed anything.

This condo is located about 10 minutes from downtown Sedona in the very quiet village of Oak Creek. We were a little concerned about the traffic and construction driving to downtown, but it was not an issue at all – It never took us more than 10-12 minutes and this was during a weekend. It is less than a five minute drive to Bell Rock, which can be seen right from the patio – The pictures of the property are right on.

The condo itself looks just like the pictures – Granite countertops, tile floors, flat screen tv, decent size bathroom and a comfortable bed and walk-in closet. Even though you are only about ¼ mile from the main road through town, you do not hear any traffic and there is almost total silence after 9 or 10 pm. There are a few shops and restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk and there is a convenience store less than ¼ mile away.

Overall we were very impressed and will definitely stay here again as we plan to return later this year or next.
