Step out onto the balcony for a breathtaking view of the adjacent pool and spa. Enjoy your morning coffee and breakfast on this east-facing balcony while the morning sun comes up. Modern, fully furnished, and fully equipped, this condo will make you feel right at home as soon as you cross the threshold. Enjoy mountain views from both bedrooms. Only steps away are well-maintained common areas, including a large pool heated to 83 degrees F., a spa, a pool deck for sunning yourself, and a gas grill for barbecuing your dinner. Two private tennis courts are within in this gated community of 88 units. Within a mile's walk or drive are two full-service grocery stores, several restaurants, a shopping mall, a drug store, golf courses, walking paths, a public library, and many other services. There are two balconies, one in the front that looks to the pool, and the one off the master bedroom that looks to the tennis courts and the mountains. Palm Springs is a wonderful respite from the cold for us snow birds. The airport does not have the hectic pace of larger terminals.
This Condo is a short 5 minute taxi ride to the airport and car rentals are convenient. The Condo has excellent fast food outlets within a few minutes that will satisfy every palate. The Condo is spacious and the high ceilings make it bright and cheery. The on-site washer and dryer were especially appreciated.
The Manager made us feel welcome with helpful e-mails and personally walked us through the Condo when we arrived. He was also available to answer any questions we had during our stay.
Our stay was pleasurable and we would definately stay here again

Comfortable and Spacious Unit

We stayed at this small development for a month and quite enjoyed it. It was only 1 mile from the airport, but we didn't hear any air traffic noise. The view of the pool in the picture is from the balcony just off the living room so you are only a few steps from the pool and hot tub, which were meticulously maintained and nicely heated. We were very impressed with how well the grounds are maintained. It's a secure development with an automatic gate and clicker to get in. A covered parking spot comes with the unit.

This upper-level unit is spacious, comfortable, and clean (but is somewhat dated) with a large master bedroom + ensuite with king-size bed that we found quite hard (we bought a mattress topper for it, and we assume it's still there). The second bedroom has two twin beds, and the living room has a pull-out bed in the sofa. It has 3 TV's w/cable, DVD, and high-speed Internet.

You should have a car for this location as it's between downtown Palm Springs and the airport. However, there is bus service right out front. This unit is quite close to the parking area so it's easy to bring in groceries and luggage. However, you are going up one flight of stairs.

The unit is well equipped with most kitchen utensils and appliances that you would need, plus lots of linens and pool towels.

The manager was excellent to deal with, replying to all my questions by e-mail or in person, and our deposit was returned quickly after we left. He owns a unit at the development so he has first-hand knowledge, which we found comforting. Ask for his suggestion sheet on local restaurants.

We would definitely stay here again and found this to be one of the best values for the price.
