When you walk through the doors of the villa, you will feel contented and relaxed as your holiday begins. Wherever you look there are gardens, palm trees and beautiful mountain ranges. The villa is 400 square mitres of lounge, snuggy, dining room, kitchen, 4 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms plus one seperate toilet. The villa has air conditioning in all rooms. There is a television in the snuggy and a 40' sky satalite television in the kitchen. In the front of the villa there are large sofas on the patio area for taking that welcome drink of chilled white wine. The covered outside dining area seats 14 with a large gas B.B.Q. Around the pool are sun beds and umbrellas. The garden walkways are full of palm trees which lead to the fruit orchard. The land is completely fenced in and the entrance gate works automatically. Parking for 3 cars under cover. GARDEN APARTMENTS. Double bed en-suite, lounge and kitchen. Each apartment 300 pounds per week.

Country rural estate, however, you are close to all amenities. Wonderful Palma is only a 15 minute drive to the heart of the city. Beaches are 12 minutes to Playa de Palma, where you find kilometres of white sandy beaches. Rural villages - five mins - Llucmajor, Randa, Algaida, Montuiri. The villa is located a 10 minutes drive from Llucmajor. The well known Es Trenc beach is a short drive. The sea front is full of bars, shops and restaurants. All water activities can be found. The promenade offers a completely flat running/cycle track through to Palma. You can also travel up and down the promenade by a horse drawn carriage or an attractive train, that young children will love. There is a large Hiper Market - only 10 minutes drive from the villa, also, there are supermarkets in Llucmajor and Playa de Palma. The villa is so beautiful, you will want to stay around the pool and grounds every day.

Additional information about rental rates

  • The rental rates are based on 10 persons sharing the villa accomodation.

    Two of the larger bedrooms have an extra single bed. The other double bedroom has a free cot for a baby.

    INCLUDED FREE OF CHARGE, Towels for the swimming pool, hair dryer, toilet paper, makeup removal pads, baby high chair, buffer seat, potty, kiddies toys and all bathrooms have automatic soap and shampoo dispensers.

    We require 50% Deposit to secure your booking.

    The balance is due to be paid 12 weeks before the start of your holiday.

    Cancellations - Deposits are refundable if we can book your holiday again.

    £250 bond is required to cover any damage during your stay. This money can be added to the final payment and hopefully the money will be returned in full.

    WINTER long lets available (please, do not hesitate to enquiry for details). FROM 1st NOVEMBER UNTIL THE 31st MARCH.

Perfect get away Villa

We stayed here for a week in October as my husband was running the Mallorca Marathon. The villa exceeded our expectations from the information given on the website as it is very spacious and could have comfortably held another family along with our family and my parents. The facilities are great - everything you would need for a relaxing week. The grounds are lovely with the Orchard, swimming pool and poolhouse with table tennis great for spending time at the Villa. It is a great location if you like to get away from it all but like to be near to road networks to take you anywhere on the Island within reasonble time. It's location close to the airport was great and makes the travel time next to nothing once you have landed in Mallorca.
The owners were really helpful and considerate and their recommendation for car hire is well worth using - hassle free, good value and English speaking.
I would recommend this Villa to large families wanting to be away from the commercial resorts but near enough to use them by car. It would also suit 2 to 3 families holidaying together.
I hope we'll be back to Mallorca and this Villa again!

A wonderful place to relax, a real home from home with everything you could need to hand. Wonderful garden, pool and outside living area with barbecue. A great situation not far from the airport and coast but peaceful and private.

We cannot recommend it enough and the owners are lovely and helpful as well.

Fabulous Villa, We did not want to leave.

This villa surpassed our desires. We had a marvellous time. The grounds are beautiful, tranquil and extensive. The children absolutely loved it also. They were never out of the pool, playing table tennis or exploring the orchards and many pathways. We put the BBQ to lots of use. The villa inside was beautifully clean, very, very spacious, much larger than the photos displayed. Tom and Marjorie thank you so much, we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and none of us wanted to leave. See you in 2009.
