Brand new cape style summer cottage on Hobbs Pond in Hope. This crystal clear 'pond' is 2 miles long and surrounded by beautiful mountains. On a moonlit night, moonbeams ripple across the pond to the dock at Moonbeam Cottage. The dock provides a quiet and romantic spot to relax and enjoy the view at any time of the day. Loons are often spotted near the dock, as well, and can sometimes be heard calling in the distance. The floor plan includes a 1st floor master bedroom, spacious bathroom, open living room/dining room/kitchen design and fireplace. Lots of sliding glass doors and windows provide excellent views, too! The 2nd floor has 2 large bedrooms. Private, 127' lake frontage includes a dock, canoe, paddle-boat and rowboat.
