This beautifully decorated, single story 1900 square foot home is located in the gated community of PGA West. Just 25 minutes from the Palm Springs Airport, your desert retreat has all the comforts of home with two king bed master suites and another huge third bedroom(Queen) w/third full bath across the hall. Use the portable Futon as another bed(single). The third bedroom doubles as an office, providing free wireless Internet access, basic supplies and a color printer/fax for your use. Tile throughout, our home is fully renovated including an incredible kitchen with granite counter tops and custom cabinetry, luxurious linens and new furnishings. Perfect for entertainment and families, it has a large living room with wet bar and fireplace as well as a separate dining room. We have supplied all the basics to insure you can settle right in while you enjoy your arrival gift of a bottle of wine! The private patio offers a gas BBQ and plenty of seating-breath taking views of the mountains.

Awesome Condo in a great location

I stayed at this condo in April 2011 for the Stagecoach festival and plan on booking it for years to come for this event. Very clean home, modern appliances, pool just a few steps away...could not ask for more. Why stay in an over-priced hotel, when you can stay in your own "home". I grilled each night and used the fridge for drinks. Saved a ton of $$$ on not going out for dinner.

Great communication with owner and property management the whole time.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway

I have been renting this beautiful home for the past seven years. The house works great for families or couples. The furnishings are very comfortable and the place is spotless. The patio setting is a perfect for a having a cup of coffee or a glass of wine while enjoying the lovely golf course view.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
