Lovely furnishings and decor with German flannel Garnet Hill bedding throughout with cozy down duvets on all the beds. 'The most comfortable beds we've ever slept on' !!!

Could also be 4 bedrooms and 3 baths by using the guest quarters on the second floor with open studio, wide pine floors, queen bed (or bunk beds) with additional kitchen and bath - gorgeous views and sunny, immaculate living!!

Ski at Stratton, Bromley or Magic Mountains: Great proximity to the surrounding ski mountains....Short drive to all areas. After skiing tubing at Stratton for the kids and SNOWMOBILING ON THE SLOPES with guides starting at 5 P.M. weekends!

Stratton Sports Center: We have a gold club membership at Stratton Mountain Sports Center. We can offer daily passes for $8.50/person/day (kids free) for the great sports center facility: indoor pool, indoor tennis, nautilus and weight equipment, racquetball, spin, yoga, pilates, fitness classes, etc. Fun after skiing for the whole family.

Manchester: Super shopping, movies, restaurants, ice skating rink are only 15 minutes away. Stratton's proximity to Manchester is a really big bonus for after skiing activities and non-skiers looking for something other than skiing. The Northshire Bookstore is a magnet to all surrounding areas with its extraordinary selections for all ages, and the fun and delicious Spiral Cafe with wifi and super lattes, sandwiches, soups, salads, and tempting desserts.

South Londonderry is a unique small country town only 12 minutes from Stratton Mountain, 5 minutes from Magic Mountain, and 10 minutes from Bromley Mountain. There is a shopping center in Londonderry with movie rentals, super market, hardware store, pharmacy, bank, etc. and is very convenient. Manchester is only 25 minutes away for more shopping, movies, more restaurants, ice skating rink, lovely outlet shopping, and our famous Northshire book store and wifi cafe.

There is an option to add the upstairs studio apartment that is attached with an additional kitchen and bath and sleeping quarters for $20,000 total. All rooms are spacious, sunny and attractive and extremely well maintained!
