Lovely 1 bedroom/1bath condo in North Golf Villas in Sea Palms Resort. This is a small condominium complex of 24 units in a beautiful setting amidst old live oaks, draped with moss, flowering plants and very quiet. It's an ideal retreat for those who love a comfortable environment and a peaceful setting. The condo is fully equipped with a full service kitchen including a washer/dryer, separate dining area, large living room and large separate bedroom. There are six skylights and two decks that overlook a pond. The setting is incredible! There is a new sleep sofa in the living room so the condo can comfortably sleep 4 people. As a guest at Sea Palms resort, you will have access to all of the Resort amenities including discounted golf at the 27 hole course; discounted tennis at the clay courts and free access to the three pools and gym. Bike paths wind throughout Sea Palms and extend for 20 miles over the island. The beach is 5 miles away and the village is 10 minutes.

St. Simons Island is the largest of the barrier islands that lies off the Georgia coast. The semi-tropical climate, abundance of sunshine, and gentle Atlantic breezes make it a popular resort for vacation seekers. Year-round golf, boating opportunities in the Atlantic, the Intercoastal Waterway, and nearby rivers are plentiful. Charter boats are available for offshore fishing, inland fishing, ecotours, and dolphin tours. Also kayak tours explore the marsh creeks and coastline. Fishing from the village pier or surf fishing are popular pastimes. There are 20 miles of paved biking and walking paths that wind throughout the island as well as on nearby Jekyll Island. For the culturally minded, there are over 100 events each year in downtown Brunswick including jazz, ballet and the symphony. The local summer calendar is filled with many festivals and music events. Our stay was wonderful. Condo was clean,spacious and very comfortable. Nice view that overlooks the pond from living room, which was open, airy & bright.Great skylights & big windows. Kingsize bed was exceptionally comfortable. Great location, close to pretty much everything that St.Simons has to offer. Nice touches of bottled water and Starbucks coffee waiting your arrival!

Great getaway!

My husband and I stayed at the condo this summer for a couples getaway and we loved it! We had planned to buy groceries and eat in, but we just couldn't resist the great, nearby restaurants in St. Simons. The location was romantic and quiet and great for our vacation.

Good Times on the Island

Our place was clean, functional, quiet, and convenient. We felt very safe. The neighborhood was beautiful, and well-kept. We rented bikes from the golf shop and had safe sidewalks in both directions. The condo was well-equipped with necessities.This place is not very close to the beach but its other qualities make it worth the trade-off. There are good restaurants nearby - which is always true at St Simons.....Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great Place - Friendly People

This was my first stay in St. Simons since I was about 8 years old. It has changed a little, but was still as nice as could be. The locals aren't the happiest people alive, but this condo was great. Sea Palms employees are all very nice and sociable. I would recommend this to anyone.
