This 1200 sq. ft. home is perfectly located on M-22 on the Grand Traverse Bay for your Traverse City get-a-way. Enjoy breath taking views of sunrises and sunsets over the water from the entire house including the beach, porch, living room, and master bedroom. There is a total of 3 bedrooms with 1 full bath room. The house has a full kitchen including a microwave, stove, refrigerator, and all of the dishes, cooking equipment, towels and linens you will need for your stay. 6 miles to downtown nightlife and shopping. This property is located in a beautifully scenic area only minutes to many local attractions such as casino's, downtown shopping, golfing, hiking and wine tours. A short drive to the west is Sutton's Bay and the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore. You are also only minutes away from Northport and Leeland's historic fish town. I have stayed at this property several times and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an excellent Traverse City get-a-way. The views from this home are absolutely incredible and the house itself is extremely clean and comfortable during all of my visits. The house is also perfectly located for wine tours, golfing and cambling.

We loved staying here, so it is hard to share with others for fear of it getting too booked for us to return.
The owners are very nice, respectable and very communicative. We so enjoyed our stay here in 2009 and already talking about returning. The cottage is clean and is represented very well from the online pictures. The cottage is well-equipped and provided a much needed escape for our family.
The view of the bay is amazing and you are in the middle of it all...near Suttons Bay and Traverse City. We enjoyed a nice night on the beach with a bonfire,traveling into TC/Suttons Bay, playing on the beach and many cozy evenings playing games...this place was perfect for our family of 4.
