Well located condominium: 2 blocks north from Constituyentes, 3 blocks to 5th Ave where there are many restaurants, bars, and shops, and another a block and a half to Mamita's beach.

Supermarket is 2 blocks away on Constituyentes and Avenida 30, as well as local restaurants for

more economical and authentic meals.

Swimming pool, Internet and satellite tv. Very accessible on the first floor overlooking the pool.

Akumal: means 'place of the turtles' in the Mayan language. Turtle watching, snorkeling, natural lagoon.

Xcaret: Ecological par,swim in caves or with dolphins or just hang out at the beach. Also many other activities including a spectacular cultural night show.

Xel-Ha: Another ecological park with nature trails and water activities.

Cozumel : Famous diving location and a short ferry ride from Playa del Carmen.

Tulum: Archaeological site next to the ocean built by the Mayans, beautiful scenery and a great photo opportunity.

Other Activities: Many tour operators offering diverse activiities such as ATV (All terain vehicle) and Jet ski tours, adventure tours, cenote swimming or scuba diving, horse back riding, Eco tours and Mayan ruins.

Golf: Playa del Carmen is home to five of the finest golf courses in the Cancun area: Greg Norman's El Camaleon at Mayakoba, P.B. Hello All

I have to say that the Condo and the attention provided by the owner Maritza and Ofelia which is the manager at Playa was great.
Since the beginning, Maritza clear me out all my doubts and help me to book out my vacations and answer all my questions.
I have to say also that the condo, is really nice, good located in Playa del Carmen, and that my Family spend a really good holidays …
I don’t have anything bad to said just to thank them again..and hope to come back soon!!

An absolutely wonderful vacation rental !!!

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying at this condo. The location is great being close to major grocery stores and only a few streets away from the beach and the 5thAve pedestrian walk. The condo was well maintained with everything you need for your stay.The security people were wonderful and the pool and grounds were well maintained. Maritza and Myriam were very accomodating with making the reservation as well as seeing to our need with their manager. We are looking forward to staying with them again next year!!!

The family that owns the condo was extremely professional and saw to all of my needs. They even agreed to meet with me in person in order to go over the details of the rental. When I had a medical emergency, they were incredibly flexible in changing the dates of the rental without any extra charges or changes to the fee. They also provide maps and recommendations for the area. I am very pleased with my interactions with the owners and prospectives renters should feel comfortable contacting them about the condo.
