Well located condominium: 2 blocks north from Constituyentes, 3 blocks to 5th Ave where all the action is (like restaurants, bars, and shops), and then a block and a half to the beach from there. There is a supermarket 2 blocks away on Constituyentes and Avenida 30, as well as local restaurants for more economical and authentic meals. Swimming pool with common areas and showers, community barbecue.

Tulum: Archaeological site next to the ocean built by the Mayans, beautiful scenery and a great photo opportunity.

The family that owns the condo was extremely professional and saw to all of my needs. They even agreed to meet with me in person in order to go over the details of the rental. When I had a medical emergency, they were incredibly flexible in changing the dates of the rental without any extra charges or changes to the fee. They also provide maps and recommendations for the area. I am very pleased with my interactions with the owners and prospectives renters should feel comfortable contacting them about the condo.
