The property has a spacious family room, separate lounge and separate dining room and is located in a quiet and safe area. There is a TV in the master en-suite bedroom. There is a separate laundry room which includes washing machine and clothes dryer. There is also a family room with seating for 6 people and includes a TV and a VCR.
Bedrooms: Master bedroom with double bed, overhead fan and cable TV {with en-suite bathroom, large separate shower cubicle, oval marble bath, 2 washbasins, separate toilet, walk-in closet]. Bedroom 2. Double bed,fitted wardrobe containing electronic safe. Bedroom 3. Twin beds, built-in wardrobe. There is also a cot available.
Pool Area: Extended decking area. Large carpeted area under cover also uncovered sundeck. All fully screened. 30ft. heated swimming pool. Gas BBQ. Four sun loungers plus a dining table and four chairs. In a very private situation, backing onto woodland conservation area.
