Ocean Views and the sound of the surf calms and relaxes the soul. Enjoy dining and stargazing on the spacious decks. This newly rebuilt home is located on a private street overlooking the preserve of Washington Oaks State Gardens to the North and the Great Atlantic Ocean to the East. Marineland Oceanarium is within walking distance. The quiet secluded beach is just steps away for surfing, swimming, shelling, fishing, or just relaxing long strolls at sunrise, just you and and a occasional dolphin. If you treasure peace and quiet with grocery stores and great restaurants in close proximity, just bring your suntan lotion and stay as long as you like. Bings Landing boat launch is nearby also.

Within walking distance of newly rebuilt Marineland Oceanarium, and bordering award winning Washington Oaks State Gardens. Home also borders an Austrian built 10,000 sq. ft. Oceanfront Mansion resting on 4 1/2 acres!
