An archway leads through to the dining area with doors to a secluded patio and private garden with sun loungers, table and chairs,which is a real sun trap. Ceiling fans keep the house cool in summer whilst there is a cosy log fire for winter evenings. Separate, well-equipped kitchen with oven, hob, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. Three double bedrooms, two with balcony and all with panoramic views, served by three bathrooms, one en-suite to the master bedroom. Kings Park is situated in an established residential area offering panoramic views over the attractive bay of Santa Ponsa, golf courses and lovely countryside which forms the national park. Santa Ponsa is a delightful safe family resort. The white sandy beaches and gently-sloping shallow waters appeal to all ages: deck chairs, sun shades, beach bars and cafes add to the appeal - as do the parrots living in the pine trees to one side of the beach. The villa is a 10 minute stroll down to the beach, bars, shops and supermarkets It's ideally situated for day trips to Marineland, the Water Parks, go-karting and for exploration of the rest of this delightful island. Restaurants in the area vary from budget family eating to 5* gourmet. There are three golf courses, a marina and a scuba-diving school. Cosmopolitan Palma with its cathedral, harbour, historic old town, superb shopping, wide variety of restaurants and sophisticated night-life is less than 15 minutes by car or taxi.

  • The rental includes a welcome pack containing bread, butter, cheese, juice, tea, coffee, sugar, water and a chilled bottle of sparkling Cava. We are happy to accept rental payments in pounds sterling or euros.
    As a general rule bookings are for whole weeks. During off-peak periods or where the availability chart shows a shorter gap, we may be able to accommodate you for other lengths of stay, e.g. long weekends, so please ask.
    Last-minute booking: the availability chart is maintained weekly and should accurately show vacant periods. Where a vacancy occurs within the near future, we may sometimes offer worthwhile discounts for last-minute booking or long weekend stays. For extended winter stays, rates are negotiable. There are Christmas and New Year supplements of £200. A weekly change of bedlinen and towels (not beach towels) is included for rentals of two or more weeks.
  • The villa is available from 4.00 pm on arrival day and departure is at 11.00 am to allow for cleaning and preparation for new arrivals. There is a reservation deposit on booking with the balance due 8 weeks before guests' arrival. An inventory and breakage deposit is also payable in advance to protect against possible damage to the property and subject to there being no damage or breakages is returned in full within two weeks of your return. Please note the maximum number of guests including children must not exceed six.

  • When we send you the booking form we will hold your dates for 7 days. Once we have received your completed booking form with reservation deposit we will confirm your booking, usually by return. You are advised not to book flights until your booking is confirmed as some airlines charge you for changing dates whilst some fare classes allow no changes or refunds.

  • Comfortably-furnished bedrooms with quality mattresses, English pillows, extensive built-in wardrobes and ceiling fans. The master bedroom, with a huge king-size twin-linked bed, has it's own en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom contains two single beds, whilst the third has standard double. Two of the bedrooms share a large covered balcony offering views of the national park towards the hills, whilst the third enjoys views over the upper pool and rooftops towards the charming county town of Calvia. We are happy to provide a cot and high chair but please note the maximum number of guests including children is six. We're delighted to say that some of our guests have enjoyed themselves so much that they have become regular visitors.

Notes: There are ample sun loungers and reed umbrellas round each of the pools and as this is a private development no reserving of the sun beds! The upper pool tends to be a peaceful place to read a book; the lower pool is more for families. Please note that because of their unique layout, the gardens include several small flights of steps but no disabled ramps. Coupled with a fair walk up the hill from the beach, this is really not suitable for people of impaired mobility unless you have a car. The development is, however, very secure, with gated access so is ideal for families. A cot and high chair are available on request at no charge. Smoking: To comply with our insurance we respectfully request our guests not to smoke within the house. I'm sorry about this but you can, of course, puff away in the garden, covered lani or on the terrace and large balcony. Thank you

Activities: The beach offers all kinds of water sports, sailing and scuba diving. The recent international beach volley ball final was held on the beach. The coastline is full of contrasts with many bays, coves and clear turquoise seas. The house is an excellent base to discover the picturesque hilly pine clad south-west of the island, the rocky north coast, Deya, Valdemossa, historic Palma and many beautiful beaches. There is excellent hiking and cycling: one of our favourite days out is to walk or horse-ride in the hills above nearby Calvia. Santa Ponsa has 3 local golf courses which have hosted the Mallorcan Classic European Tour Event. There are other nearby courses whilst tennis is available at several local clubs. Children will enjoy the nearby attractions of Marineland, Aquapark and go-carting. In summer the entertainment quarter offers a wide variety of restaurants, bars, clubs together with a very professional open-air stage show in the main square: it's a much quieter resort in winter.

Golf: green fees : Santa Ponsa has much to offer golfers. There are 3 attractive courses with a forth, Club de Poniente, only a few minutes away; these courses are of a very high standard. Golf 1, for example, is a par-72 course at 6,106 metres and costs about 75 euros a round.

We are always here to help you... : Santa Ponsa is a 20-minute drive from the airport and Kings Park is very easy to find, with good, fast roads all the way. There are always plenty of taxis and the airport fare is about 36 euros. However, hiring a car undoubtedly adds to your enjoyment as there is so much to see around this lovely island. Car hire at the airport is inexpensive with new cars which can be booked ahead. I am happy to recommend excellent car-hire companies and will provide simple directions for driving from the airport. NB Keys are available whatever time you arrive. We´re always here to help you during your stay as we live on the island. We speak Spanish and English and are only a phone call away should you have any problems or simply want advice to ensure you enjoy a great holiday.

Once again we had a great time at villa Casa Aragon. Kings Park has lovely surroundings and the pools are first class. The kids had a great time at the pools. Facilities in the villa are first class with loads of room for all the family. From booking the villa to arriving and departing all went smoothly. Thank you and we hope to visit Kings Park again in the future.

Just a short note to say how much we enjoyed staying at casa Aragon. It is very convenient for Santa Ponsa yet it is quiet and relaxing place to stay. The children spent the whole week in the pool!. We found the villa clean and tidy and very homely. Top marks also for communication with the owner from regular e mails, information about the villa and about the locality in general. Many thanks

Wonderful time at Casa Aragon, everything and more you could wish for from a holiday rental. Excellent facilities, clean, modern, well equipped, quiet location, well maintained, swimming pools and pleasant surroundings. Information pack supplied included clear directions from airport, details of local amenities and restaurants, very informative.
Would certainly recommend Casa Aragon to family & friends and hope to return with my family in the future

Just wanted to tell you what a beautiful villa you have in Kings Park. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to go back next year. Everything was excellent, with all the comforts of home and holiday in one, whilst the children particularly enjoyed the swimming pools. Once again, compliments on your house: it was lovely. (LM).

We hebben casa aragon een week in de voorjaarsvakantie gehuurd. Wat een ruimte! Zwembad voor de deur en lekker in het voorjaarszonnetje bakken.
Het contact met de eigenaar was heel vriendelijk en zonder dat we elkaar werkelijk ontmoet hebben denken we aan hem als een vriendelijke hulpvaardige man.
Omdat het `s avond nogal koud was hebben we de kachel flink gestookt. We hebben een deken voor de trap naar boven opgehangen met een douchestang. Zo bleef de warmte lekker in de kamer.
Het huis ligt redelijk dicht bij het centrum van de stad. Het is een stijle wandeling maar goed te doen!
we hebben er van genoten!
