I was the first to buy in this complex of 15 units so I feel I picked the prime one, it comes with the very important 2nd half bath, all on one level, a very private pool without other units looking down on you, great mountain views, and completely renovated. This is with out a doubt the best location in Palm Springs.

My Transient occupancy tax permit number is 46510000-20013370 This number has to be listed some where on my web site, it is the number that I am given to collect the 11.5% tax from the guest to pay at the end of every month to the City of Palm Springs.
