This recently constructed home features: First Floor, 3 bedrooms, one full bath, laundry room and family room with stone fireplace, sliding glass doors open to mahogany deck that sprawls to yard. Second floor features nice ocean views, and great room with living area, dining area, stone fireplace and chefs kitchen opening to second floor wrap around deck. Second floor also features a half bath off living room and master suite which also opens to the deck,with full bath and jacuzzi, separate shower. This is an open and spacious house that is very comfortable. Nice outside shower for returning from beach. This house is ideally located south of the highway short walk to town and ocean beach. No car necessary. Walk to all.

This is truly a terrific location. Walk to town and beach is all you can ask for in Montauk. Fishing, surfing, hiking, biking, golfing, or just plain relaxing on the deck with a book. The living room, dining and kitchen area features a Bose surround sound entertainment system with large screen TV. Two double sliding glass doors open the entire floor to the surrounding beauty. The Kitchen has a sub-zero refrigerator/freezer, wolf stove, and convenient layout for cooking and entertaining. There is a second refrigerator off the first floor family room for extra drinks and snacks, making it easy for your first floor guests to be comfortable if they choose to be in the family room or first floor deck. The basement has a ping-pong table and heated floor if necessary. There are two stone fireplaces, one in the family room and one in the living room, making this house perfect for the fall fishing or surfing season. Though this house is a short walk to beach and town, it is located next to a nature preserve which makes it private, and beautiful.
